Late Night Bonding

Somehow, she had known inside of her that Alex would get it. She was just a little skeptical about the whole thing. She had taken a while to let her in on what she was feeling and now it had taken a little more for her to let her in on what was actually going on.

She told her everything. She could see her expression go from shock to concern and then relief as she explained all of it in detail. That was the only way that she was going to be able to get Alex to be on her side long enough to get the moral support she so badly craved.

She noted her expression as her story continued. She had wants to tell her the night when the both of them had said no secrets to one another but somehow she just thought better of it. That was more important.

"What do you think?" She asked Alex in between the story.

"Is that all of it?" She replied.

"No."

"Then finish it." She said, with impatience in her voice.

"Fine, fine."
