Ella's Resolve

The two of them stared at each other in silence as they reminisced. 

She missed him so bad, she thought as the tears began to flow from her eyes without control. She sniffed as she dropped the slice of pizza in her hands. 

Alex watched her intently as she sobbed without control. She couldn't stop the tears from dropping from her eyes. 

She sobbed as tears dribbled down her cheeks without her being able to stop it. 

She had not let any emotion out since before the funeral. Heck, since she had gotten the news. Somehow, in her head, she felt like he would be disappointed at her if she broke down and couldn't control herself like other people. It was what she was trying to avoid and it had already happened. She tried to clean the tears that were wandering down her face but she couldn't stop it as more dribbled down her cheeks. 

"Let it all out." Alex said in a soft voice as she put her hands on her back and rubbed it.
