Where did you get this idiot from?

In the previous chapter, we read that Rashid and Salman told a fake story and when they were thinking they have fooled him, he said:

Kamran: Then who was on the phone?

Rashid and Salman were puzzled and didn't know what to say when Salman said:

Salman: (whispered) Where did you get this idiot from? He is an absolute detective 🕵️

Then Salman's phone rang

Kamran: Who is it?

Salman: Uhh... My old friend, he is a doctor now, now will you please excuse me

Salman went to the other side and Kamran repeated the question:

Kamran: Ahh.. where were we, yeah who were you talking to?

Rashid: Ahh..ahh..ahh

He remembered Salman saying the doctor and figuring out why he said that, he then hesitantly said:

Rashid: Dhh..dhh. Doctor yeah the doctor was on the phone

Kamran: Doctor of whom?

Rashid: Salman's therapist, I was telling him all about his condition

Kamran: Oh!

Salman came to them quickly and said:

Salman: Rashid come quick!
