Chapter: Challenge Ragnaros
"Ragnaros, Lord of Fire Demons!" Brian Bronzebeard declared. "It was he who tore the Redridge Mountains apart, creating the burning Blackrock Mountain, and turning countless beings to ashes!"
He was as fearless as ever: "For the peace and tranquility of the world, we must destroy this demon!"
Forseti looked solemn. Now, facing Ragnaros, he could still feel the pressure, but compared to the past, it wasn't enough to make him breathless.
He opened the Holy Tome and summoned five heroes of the camp leader level.
Highlord Tirion Fordring, Sentinel General Shandris Feathermoon, Ironforge King Magni Bronzebeard, Ghost Wolf Lo'Gosh, and warrior Grom Hellscream from the Horde.
"Why is there a dirty orc?" Lo'Gosh said coldly, holding the Dark Ripper and looking at Hellscream hostilely.
He's a split personality of Varian, and that's his character.
"You can't measure a person's honor by race," Fordring said. "I have seen noble orcs, and I have seen despicable humans."
Hellscream ignored Lo'Gosh's hostility, raised the Bloodroar battle axe, pointed directly at the Fire Demon King, and said solemnly: "I just want to kill this demon!"
"Stupid mortals, you are about to see the power of the Fire Lord with your own eyes!" Ragnaros said angrily, the flames in the air growing even hotter.
The battle was about to start, and Forseti suddenly remembered he could also summon water elements. He had summoned ogres before, but they were little use, and after a few tries, he had forgotten about them.
Now, challenging Ragnaros, Forseti thought of the hostile relationship between water and fire elements and remembered the water element again.
Perhaps the water element could come in handy in this situation.
There was no harm in having multiple helpers, so Forseti decisively used the friendship of the water element of Hydrasia to summon a water element at random.
To his surprise, the water element who appeared this time was a powerful figure—Duke Hydraxis.
"I feel the evil breath of the Balrog King!" A huge water element condensed out of thin air, and the blue tide formed his body, slightly calming the surrounding heat wave. "Hydraxis will help you, warrior."
Compared to the various minor water elements that had appeared before, Duke Hydraxis was much stronger, but compared to Ragnaros and the faction leaders, he was still not enough.
However, he did not mean to directly participate in the battle but said, "Accept the protection of Neptulon, my master controls the power to extinguish the flames, and his protection can allow you to face the attack of the flames calmly."
As he spoke, he raised his hand, and a faint blue light shrouded Forseti and the others, isolating most of the heat.
Forseti didn't need this, but for several faction leaders, this buff from Hydraxis was timely, instantly lifting their spirits.
"Now it's up to you, brave friends." After doing this, Duke Hydraxis disappeared.
"Let the flames purify everything!" Almost at the same time, Ragnaros launched an attack, and the burning Sulfuras fell from the sky, slamming into the ground and inspiring terrifying flames and shock waves!
Lo'Gosh was the first to bear the brunt, immediately hit by the hammer and falling into the magma.
In Molten Core, such scenes were common.
Fortunately, the magic of the water element isolated most of the magma damage, allowing him to escape safely and quickly. He immediately slashed at Ragnaros with the Dark Ripper.
Not only that, Neptulon's shelter also imbued their attacks with the power of the tide.
Every time a blade slashed at Ragnaros, the blue light swayed like a wave, immediately tearing dull scars on the burning body of the Fire Lord, resembling the sunspots on the sun.
Such wounds made Ragnaros distressed and exasperated: "Go to hell, maggots!"
Sulfuras came again with a bang, and this time it went straight for Forseti, coming down like a mountain.
Forseti hurriedly opened the Shield of Light on Querceira, and in the next instant, the fiery Sulfuras slammed into the shining shield, making a loud noise.
"Boom!"
The light shield shattered, and the huge impact made Forseti smash through the rock under his feet, entering the magma.
He quickly flew out of the lava. The flames and lava didn't hurt him, but the hammer blow still made him feel dizzy and in pain, as if his neck had been smashed.
Fordring released a flash of Holy Light in time, making Forseti feel much better.
Meanwhile, King Bronzebeard took on the form of a god in Storm and Thunder.
"Throw me up, I'm going to cut off his head!" Hellscream suddenly said, intense fighting intent burning in his eyes.
King Bronzebeard nodded, grabbing Hellscream and using his divine strength to throw him violently at Ragnaros.
The Bronzebeard King nodded knowingly, reaching out and grabbing Hellscream's body, using the arm strength of the gods, and throwing him violently at Ragnaros.
Hellscream launched a ferocious leap like a meteor, and the Gorehowl battle axe swept through the waves of flames in the fiery air and slashed head-on.
Ragnaros had already responded, swinging the warhammer to knock Lo'Gosh flying again, while opening his mouth to spurt flames. The fiery pillar of fire drowned Hellscream.
The flames gushed from the heart of the Fire Lord, as hot as the core of a star, burning Hellscream's head to ashes and cracking his skin upon contact.
Hellscream didn't flinch; in fact, he couldn't.
He roared and broke through the flames in the air, his severely burnt body advancing with all his strength. He waved his Gorehowl, slashing towards Ragnaros' flaming head!
"Boom!"
With a dazzling flash, like the blooming of a meteor, Gorehowl suddenly tore apart the head and part of the upper body of the Fire King. Lava and flames spewed out from the crack like blood!
Ragnaros roared in pain. Although Hellscream's slash didn't kill him, it severely wounded him. After the gap in his body closed, his size shrank significantly.
"Appear, my servants, and defend your master!" He dived into the magma and summoned a large number of fire elements.
Fire elements densely emerged from the magma, surrounding Forseti and the others, and unleashed an overwhelming barrage of fireballs.
There was no doubt that now was the time for General Feathermoon to demonstrate her skill.
She raised her hands as if holding the moon, and a dazzling light shone on the dome. Elune's anger fell from the sky!
The dense beam of light instantly drowned the heart of molten fire, covering all the fire elements. Then the bright moonlight dismembered the servants of the Fire Lord into fine flames.
