NORMAL HUH?

'okay so she took me out I won't lie it's a bit surprising? it's only been a few months but it feels like I was gone for years ' Zed thinks as he follows Gliss closely while looking around at the city.

" I don't know what to say"zed exclaimed

"what was that?"

"nothing" he answered as they continued to walk until they got to a clothing shop as soon as Zed saw this he stopped following.

" what's wrong?"

" do you really think I'm going to indulge in your fantasies just cause I have no idea where to go?" zed asked.

" oh come on zed I'm doing this for you you don't really have a lot of clothes so I thought you'd need some more of your gonna be going out like this"

Zed took a look at his clothes not they weren't bad but they were a bit old .

"fine just this once" Gliss smiled as they walked in .

[ Greetings welcome to district B's universe clothing shop ]

A robotic voice said as they stepped through the door .

' fancy...now That I think about it I hadn't actually left district X before funny huh?' .

they continued to walk till they meet one of the attendants.

" hello welcome dear customer i-... Gliss?"

" in the flesh" .

"oh my gosh I can't believe I'm seeing you again it's been ages" the female shop attendant exclaimed as they hugged each other " so what brings ya this time need more clothes?"

" yes but not for me " she answered while pointing at Zed who was watching something on the shops tv .

"oh and might I ask who's this cute little guy ?"

" um..it's a bit hard to explain" Gliss said as her friend pulled her closer

" Is it that secret agent stuff again? if it is ,the kids gotta some important guys kid right?"

"well he's kinda like my bosses kid"

"woah wouldn't someone like that not need clothes form a shop like this?" she asked

" That's the point" Gliss countered.

"oh" she said as she walked off into the shop and Gliss took a quick glance at Zed but he wasn't there. 'eh?'

"well that was an interesting conversation"

"gyaa!!..don't just pop out of nowhere like that you scared me " she said as she took a deep breath.

" please if that scared you I wonder how you got mission permit's,so where are the clothes?" he asked .

"she just went to get them shell be back soon"

"oh that's co-" someone placed a hand on Zed's shoulder

" hey there" the air suddenly felt heavy and dark as Zed slowly turned his head towards the person .

" Zed calm down it's the shop attendant" the atmosphere almost immediately returned to normal

"oh my bad I'm a bit jumpy hehe" he apologized as he raised his head to see her face and expecting her to be on shock but .

" oh no harm done it's my fault for scaring you" she smiled at him.

'she's fine?'

" where really sorry he's not used to being in public yet "

" like I said it's fine here are the clothes the dresser's over there so he can try then on" .

Zed takes the clothes and walks away feeling a little akward.

"um you sure you're okay there?" Gliss asked since she was being a bit too calm .

" hehe of course not I was scared as hell I thought I'd cease to exist from his gaze or something.." She said with a deep sigh and good gave an akward giggle while looking away.

"wait he doesn't actually have an ability like that does he?" Gliss just continued to smile as beads of sweat where forming on her head.

"um...n..n..no?" Her friend gave her a look before sighing.

" well at least he's-"

"um..I can't take these off could I get some help..... please?" Zed asked as he seemed to be struggling with the shirt, and though it was hard to see he was blushing a bit not that they didn't

"" he looks pretty cute like that"" they both giggled as they went to help him.

A FEW MINUTES LATER.

they where now strolling around the city and decided to pass through the park .

" They didn't have to give me This lollipop did they ? and they clothes are a bit more than I thought " Zed while rolling it about in his mouth .

"well ,they kinda went overboard"

EARLIER.

while zed was trying some of the clothes on he had finally gotten to a white hoodie shirt with a black hoodie and sleeves.

" that's looks so cool" they both exclaimed.

" They look so wonderful on him hey kid why don't you try on a few more?" a voice came form behind the two.

" boss!?"

'did she just call him a kid to his face?'

" um okay sure " zed answered .

' eh?'

After trying a few more clothes the manager insisted that they keep them and well let's say they where hard pressed to resist .

PRESENT.

They passed by a playground when they stopped.

"um you mind waiting a bit I gotta find a bathroom"

"whatever" Zed just continued to watch the children play when one of the girls approached him .

"um there ...I saw you all alone so...you wanna join us and play?" she nervously asked.

' huh? what is this feeling in my chest could this be a side effect of the experiments why now ?"

" um... hello"

"oh..ah..hello"

"so um will you play? we need one more person"

"um...okay?" he responded while scratching the back of his head .

" yay come on" she exclaimed as she grabbed his arm and pulled his towards the playground .

" hey everyone I found someone to play his name's...uh?...."

"Zed"

" his name's zed "

there where two other boys there they all looked to be about the same age one with glasses and another slightly taller one

"hello" .

" alright everyone we're gonna be playing power tag all powers can be used as long as it doesn't restrict movement...too much" Zed raised a hand .

"yeah "

"um ..I can fly is that okay?" he asked, they where silent for a few seconds before.

" Finally" the boy exclaimed while the girl seemed a bit excited.

" huh?"

"let me explain" the one with glasses said as Zed just nodded.

"My name Brian and you see the girl over there Reina? well she can actually has speed flight so it makes it hard to play with her so hope you got fast "

"oh that makes sense" zed said " so can I have the other guys name ?" he asked.

"oh him? he's ban "

" okay so let me get this right Brian, Reina and Ban right?"

" hey why am I Last?"

"cause I learnt your name last "

" well whatever let's start and since Zed her can fly too Reina you can be it for once "

"yay okay...1....2....3 ready or not let's ....go" she moved so suddenly zed almost didn't see her ... almost.

Zed was hovering about the play grounds slide and was breathing a bit hard .

' what the actual fuck!?! how the hell is a child that fast how am I that fast ? I almost-' his thoughts where interupted when she appeared again and he had to move again .

The other two who where watching from the ground.

" they're going pretty fast huh?" Brian asked

" she went full speed from the beginning I'm actually surprised that she hasn't caught him yet " .

To the two on the ground they where moving so fast that they where basically a blur to anyone without speed related ability, they two soon stopped moving a bit away from the park

" where did she go ?" .Zed said as he looked around frantically

"Got you!" she shouted as she tried to grab him but ended up grabbing air only to see him floating above her laughing. ' woah he's really fast haven't chased anyone like this since my big brother stopped playing with me'

" this is fun huh? ".

" hahaha it really it is it really is I'm going to get serious now hope you can go faster?" he said with a smirk as she nodded. ' so this is how it feels to be normal huh?' he thought

"mhm"

"1...2... ready?...go" the two took of at full speed making a small sonic boom sound.

" what was that?" Ban asked as he played on the swings

" probably Zed and Reina going full speed" Brian answered as he continued to play with the sand .
