Noah strolled leisurely to the outskirts of the laboratory, with Wang Cai, now the size of a common house cat, frolicking behind him. Upon seeing Noah emerge from the laboratory area, two members of the Hundred Alliance quickly approached him.
"What's your name? Do you have the Alliance's authorization for exploration? Whatever you've found, take it out. Based on your exploration qualification level, you'll need to pay taxes," they demanded.
Noah was baffled by this barrage of questions.
"You're trying to extort me?"
He had never encountered a situation where someone tried to rob him outright, except when others were dishonest.
"Cut the nonsense, show your Alliance exploration permit now."
"Can't produce it, huh? You've got some nerve."
