My name is... (Part 2)

Looking at the now dressed Ray, Rose and Luna could feel their faces heat up causing a slight blush run across their face. They both compose themselves and communicates to each other while Ray is still looking at the mirror enchanted at herself.

"Hey, Rose now that she is properly dressed what is your opinion her?"

"Based off of what I've seen so far she is calm and has quite the charm on her. On her way here we talked a bit and she seems naive but sharp at times. For example on our way here we had a conversation she was shocked that she was a girl and was naked, but she was quite sharp about our reply to her saying that this will be the only time she wears a skirt which it definitely won't be considering I made sure all her clothes are variations of what she's got on now."

"Great job about the clothes by the way."

"Thanks" Rose says with a proud smile.

"Do you think she will be able to come out on top of the trials?"

"I'm not sure yet, we haven't tested her yet."

"But her charm is unreal, it even had a small effect on us and she has yet to start cultivating her mana. Imagine what her charm will be at higher realms."

Frowning Rose says, "Indeed but that in itself is concerning if she doesn't have any strength then others will take advantage and force themselves on her."

"Nothing bad will happen to her as long as we are around. We can just kill anything that may be a treat to our love." Luna comments with a wide smile and lifeless gaze."

Speechless Rose thinks about her fellow maid's reactions and comes to the conclusion, "Luna, I was going to find an opportunity to make you disappear so I could be her only maid."

"Wha-" Luna's eyes widen.

"But things have changed, your reaction and words made me realize that we are kindred spirits. So I suggest working together not as fellow maids but sisters so to speak for out future with OUR little cutie." Rose speaks with a lifeless gaze comparable to an abyss.

Luna after listening to Rose's proposal comes out of her shock and contemplates it. After a brief moment of hesitation, Luna firms her resolve since she knows that Rose is one of the best strategist she's ever met.

"I agree, lets get along." Luna shakes Rose's hand.

"Why are you two just standing there silent staring at each other?"

"Hm?"

"Kyaaa!~"

Luna was startled by the voice and looks down to see her little love staring at her. Flustered her heart beating faster and faster as she keeps staring into those magenta eyes.

"We were talking about what we can reveal to you before tomorrow." Rose says since she noticed that Luna's ears were slightly red. 'Was it a mistake to team up with her if she can't even control herself. Should I just get rid of her instead?'

Luna feels a shiver down her back and composes herself, "What she said, since we are both your maids we figured that it would be best to get to know each other so we can work together better."

"How were you talking to each other if you were not even moving your mouth?"

"We were using our mana to communicate with one another in silence since we didn't want to disturb your moment of checking yourself out in the mirror." Rose states with a small teasing smile.

Embarrassed Ray changes the subject, "You said that we would do introductions when we made it to the room right Rose?"

"Of course~ We will start with introducing who you are then ourselves and what we will teach you and tell you as much as we are allowed to tell before tomorrow."

"Let's start with your name shall we?"

"Name?" Ray's eyes light up because this whole time she didn't know her name in this new life.

Rose gets down on one knee to look at Ray and replies with a small smile, "That's right. Your name is Ravinia."

"Isn't Ravinia kind of an ugly name, I don't mean to talk bad about who gave me my name. But should they really give a name like that to someone that looks like me?" She stated with a slight narcissistic tone.

Luna who also got on her knee says with a small chuckle, " Most of the girls were named with longer names so that they could use a nickname instead. So Rose and I came up with two shortened versions of your name. The first one is Raven and the second is Nia."

Hearing Nia as an option made her eyes tear up and start sobbing. It had been years since she heard that name because of the guilt and sorrow of what she believes to be her fault. She tried to forget Nia but couldn't because she kept having dreams and nightmares of Nia most nights whether it was the good times after they left their abusive parents or the bad when Nia was hit by that truck.

Closing her eyes as the tears roll down her face with a small smile of acceptance, 'Nia even in this new life I not allowed to forget you, but that is fine I will not longer run from your memory.

Rose and Luna are confused and shocked about Ravinia's reaction to the nicknames they came up with. Even though they are shocked they both pull her into a hug while not knowing what caused that reaction.

After a few minutes still in the hug Luna worriedly ask, "Are you okay? Were the nicknames we came up with upset you for some reason?"

Ravinia hearing Luna words looks up at both their face and seeing the concern they have for her warms her heart.

With a small blush on her face and an enchanting smile gives them both one last hug before splitting apart, "It's not that, I love the names you both came up with."

Stunned at Ravinia's look along with her words, they both feel their hearts beating faster and faster. Rose who snaps out of her daze first quickly composes herself and takes a peak at Luna who face is gradually becoming pink. Pinching Luna's side quite hard wakes her up as she also composes herself due to the pain.

"Which of the two names are you going to choose to go by?" Rose curiously ask.

Ravinia with a enchanting smile still on her ethereal face states,

"The name I will go by is..."
