The one who came to our rescue is very giant. He is tall as hell. He is like a giraffe in height. He is very handsome. I mean, he is giant, and the story makes it look like they are ugly as hell, but this dude is very handsome. His skin is that of wheat toast like skin. He got dark hair that got jacked up spikes on top. If I talk about his clothes, then he looks like a hunter. He is wearing a weird fur type shit thing. The black fur is unique in something. The unique trait of this cloth is that of his shoulder on the right side, a dog head is there where arrows are put into its mouth. The second mouth of the dog is attached to his left hand fur, where a wooden…wait is this wooden bat(club)?! Then there is a third head on the backside, and it is placed in a funny placed on his butt. Hahahahaha! This is funny. He has put a blackish golden handle bow in his butt. It's funny to say.

"Blessings are like a curse," the giant laughed.

He crushed a creature's hand, and then he threw both his hands with speed. He destroyed 10 enemies just by swinging his arms. He then kicked 5 enemies.

He pulled out his bow and took out one arrow and shot. That arrow is literally so fast that I don't know when it touched the enemies and destroyed most of the range area.

"Got it!" He laughed.

He rushed at very fast speed. I don't know, but he kicked the monsters out of the area by getting behind them.

Only two are left, but it was the first time I saw this much power from anyone.

The giant is now behind them. How can he run so fast with a giant muscular body?! He grabbed their heads and crushed it.

"Yes, I won! I won! Now, if there's an animal, let's butcher it and eat it!" The giant yelled in excitement.

Now, he is coming towards us. He smiled. Damn! He has white teeth. Despite being a tall dude, he can pass as a tall, handsome human.

"Oh, what's up. My name is Orion, a hunter who seems to have transcended human beings! I may be transcendent, but that aside, my desires are just like humans. I love hunting" the giant who is Orion.

"Orion? You are a ranker! C rank Orion, who is called the pinnacle of human excellence in hunting, " Kalki suddenly said.

"What?" I asked.

"He means that he is a ranker," Sophie told me.

"You still didn't tell me what the ranker means?"

"Rankers are those Adaptae who work secretly under the government to wipe out these monsters who are walking on the surface of earth with their unique powers. Ranking shows how popular and great you are"

"So, what does C rank mean?" I asked.

I mean, C doesn't look too good.

"It means that you are an average player, more of a city worshipping god" She told me.

"Then how is he the pinnacle of hunting?"

This time, Orion spoke up.

"I am a hunter. My desire is to hunt. So, I mostly do work on my own and do hunting. I do not work mostly from government advice. So, I will never get a promotion of rank" he smiled.

"Wait. Are you an Adaptae too?" he asked.

"Yeah. I am an Adaptae to. My name is Grey" I introduce myself. "He is Kalki, and she is Sophie"

"What's your power?" he asked me.

"I don't know"

"What do you mean by that you don't know?"

"I mean, I still didn't know what my power was!" I told him.

He was shocked at first, but then his expression changed into a smirk.

"Then let me help you to find it"

Orion held me by my shirt and dragged me somewhere.

"Where are you taking me?" I asked me

"For fun" Orion takes a high jump.

What is this story?!

I am the one who is getting bullied here.

We landed on the ground finally from his jump.

"Here's the feast on the cherry," He laughed.

He threw me on the ground.

I saw that there are many drugs—I mean those ghosts of Nordic standing with their swords and shields.

"Let me teach you every important thing as an Adaptae. An Adaptae is not an Adaptae without a power in his hand. Even though you are one of us, you are still a loser without power. You have awaken yourself to achieve the power beyond anyone"

Orion gave me the lecture.

"Try to understand yourself. Your first goal should be—become a hero from zero!" He pushed me literally in front of those monsters.

Now, the problem is raised towards me. A goal or you can say it is a task that I have to complete in order to win. How can I become a hero from the zero?
