David had injected the syringe into his left shoulder, not randomly, as there was a set of instructions the system had him follow to correctly self-inject himself with the ancient blood.

Before anything could happen, David had decided to walk out of the cottage, in case he needed to destroy something.

He didn't get any sort of gag as y'know... this is his {Personal Space}, nobody is going to be here, watching him scream for the next few hours.

David gritted his teeth, and closed his eyes, ready to bawl out and nearly pass out from the pain.

**(Nurse's Office)**

As the first fourteen students were brought in first, they were quick to wake up...

"Ugh... where... am I?" Bennett's voice rang in the silent patient room.

"Mn... five more minutes of sleep." Hana rubbed her eyes and said in annoyance.

After a couple of minutes had passed, everyone had fully woken up.

The nurses were quickly notified that mostly everyone had woken up and entered the room.

"I'm sure that some of you are confused, but you are still in the Academy. As your homeroom teacher should have told you, this is the hospital in the academy." A nurse spoke.

"Oh... so it is the academy..." Bennett sighed in relief.

"... Mn. All of you seem to have been unconscious for about an hour by now, are any of you hungry?" the same nurse asked.

*Grumble~~~Grumble~~~*

Hearing how everyone's stomach grumbled as they looked down, blushing, the nurses giggled.

"Alright, we'll get your lunch then." A nurse sent a few people to the cafeteria.

"if you need anything, please call us. We'll be in our office." The last nurse left the room.

Seeing them leave, everyone looked at each other.

"So... we all agree that we got our asses beat?" Bennett started up the conversation, scratching his head.

"... Language, Bennett Vale, but yes, I do agree." Feil replied.

"What kind of teacher is he... going all out on the second day of school!" Elizebeth pouted.

"Alright, how did each of us lose? I lost when he released his aura..." Bennett asked.

"I think everyone had lost the moment he released his aura though." Kyle commented.

"What about you, Sam?" Bennett asked.

"I lasted longer than him just releasing his aura. Though... I did also quickly lose, the restrictions on me were way too much." Sam opened up.

'Wait... where's David?' Bennett looked around to search for David.

"What's wrong?" Feil asked.

"Why isn't... David here with us?" Bennett's eyes were darting around.

"Well... maybe he already woke up?" Hana spoke.

"Well, we're still in the academy, there shouldn't be any accidents anyway." Kyle reassured.

"... Mn. But I still want to check." Bennett clicked the button next to him to call the nurses.

A few minutes later...

"Yes? What's wrong?" a nurse came in.

"Um... I want to ask about my brother, David Vale. He's in the same class as us. Is he here?" Bennett asked.

"Yes he is... but his condition is a bit special, don't worry, he is perfectly healthy and will wake up soon as he was brought in here much later than any of you." she explained.

"Oh! Ok... that's good then..." Bennett smiled.

**(David's Mind)**

"Well shit. I forgot about my package... let's open that now shall we?" David tapped a few times on the interface, opening his gift package.

"Good thing my body still has a bit of damage, stalling the evolution slightly." David looked at the remaining time before evolution would begin.

"Alright, open the gift package." David ordered.

"Alright... use one premium dart then... there's only one banner for this anyway." David settled down in a place far enough away from the cottage and sat down in a meditative position.

David placed his hands in front of him to block, but he didn't feel anything and looked up, only to see a spinning wheel with tons of different items written on them, "Woah! Is that the target for the lottery?"

He then felt something in his hand, opening his right hand, he saw a black dart with golden patterns around the dart.

"Damn, this is freaking heavy!" David slightly lamented at the weight of this dart which seemed so small, yet so heavy at the same time.

He held the dart and narrowed his eyes on the constantly spinning target. He could feel his body constantly changing his stance to accurately throw the dart.

As he was slowly getting ready to throw the dart, the faster the wheel spun, "Ight, screw it."

*Phew... Thud!*

The wheel suddenly stopped, revealing what the dart hit to be ???, which was on all of the options there.
