The Chosen

"Master...Shida." The woman from the church hurried inside of an office and fell to her knees.

Shida looked back and his cloak shadowed his face but the Lust Sigil shined brightly on his mask. A woman who floated next to Shida looked back as well. She had blood red hair, golden eyes, black demon horns protruding from her head, demon wings, and a tail that curled into a heart shape. She had a sexually mesmerizing body and wore a set of succubus attire.

"Gabrielle. Are the Agency dead, specifically The Ace?" Shida asked.

Gabrielle was a woman with silver hair, grayish blue eyes, and had a golden halo around her neck. She had an hourglass figure with a medium bust and wore a white angelic dress that was now being drenched with her scarlet red blood. Her angel wings seemed withered.

"N-No...The Ace, he-" Gabrielle grunted heavily as Shida began to induce her with deadly lust then drained her energy. She cried out and felt her halo begin to choke her.

Shida's red eyes shined from the darkness of his cloak. "You had one mission. You were to be at your strongest in that fucking church you useless waste of space."

Gabrielle begged and cried out for Shida to stop. Her angel wings slowly began to turn black from corruption.

The woman grabbed Shida's shoulder as she couldn't watch Gabrielle getting tortured anymore. "Shida. Enough."

Shida glared at the poor, weakened angel then released her. He watched as she collasped on the floor. He walked to her and used his dark aura to raise Gabrielle off the floor. He snatched Gabrielle's dress and exposed her left breast. He noticed his seal was still on it.

"So he hasn't freed you. You're a good little slave coming back to me." Shida smirked underneath his mask then dropped her on the floor and walked back to the window. "Get The Fortune and join him. Find the Agency and eliminate them. Don't come back unless the task is complete."

Gabrielle had to help herself off the floor and fixed her dress. She sniffled then ran out of the office.

The woman looked at Shida.

"We will open that gate. Shiro...that power must become mine at all costs. I will wield the Mask of Destiny and The Mask of Love. What he did to Ruby...my friend. I will never let that go unpunished. I've trained for the last ten years for this purpose. Nothing will stand in my way." Shida said then his black wings emerged from his back.

Alice drove us back to our main HQ and had music playing. Noel and Paige were asleep in the backseat while Alice and I were still awake. I looked out the window and let out a soft sigh.

"He took over. No...I resonated with him. That demon inside. The power I felt..." I said then looked at my hands. "It was scary.."

Alice focused on the road, driving with one hand on the wheel. "I thought it was kinda hot."

I looked at Alice and noticed her smile.

"Yeah it was scary. It was hyped up when you faced off against us and when you fought against Rebecca. Charlotte constantly telling us how stronger you've become after you had sex with her...then it happened. Limit Break. Out of pure desire to kill Blitz." Alice started.

"But it reminded me of myself when I was just ruthlessly killing everyone...even the ones who stood in my way. My friends...they all died by my hands. I couldn't control it. I couldn't control my rage. My hatred. My wrath...I couldn't control the monster inside." Alice said. "Eventually Charlotte taught me restraint. She humbled my monster in a fight. She saved me."

Benedict noticed Alice's car then set up his Luck Zone. He leaned against a building and looked at his watch. "Now."

Alice noticed her engine began to break down and her car started to smoke. She grunted as she was forced to stop in the middle of the street. "What the hell?"

Noel and Paige woke up and noticed we had stopped. They noticed we were being surrounded by mercenaries.

"Fuck...Why can't we just catch a break?" Alice sighed.

Benedict walked forward and was followed by Luckie and Gabrielle. "We meet again, Agency and Ryder."

I got out of the car and looked at Benedict then my mask appeared on my face. "Benedict."

"I only come for one thing." Benedict said then pointed at me. "The Mask of The Ace. Shida Amada orders it. Your luck has run out."

Alice was about to get out of the car, but I stopped her. She looked at me and noticed a motorcycle pulling up.

Leonidas sighed as he took off his helmet. "Tracking you down was harder than I expected."

Benedict looked at Leonidas then grunted. "No way is the Golden Lion here..!"

"So you know of me. I have my personal bones to pick with you bastards. Targeting my cousin is a vile criminal offense. Prepare to face against my fists of justice." Leonidas said then got off his motorcycle.

Benedict chuckled a bit and pointed. "Gabrielle. You handle Leonidas. I want Ryder."

Gabrielle looked at Leonidas and remembered his thunderous kick. She grunted and looked at me. I watched Gabrielle then adjusted my mask.

"Gabrielle. I can sense your fear. I am giving you one chance to surrender or else Leonidas and I will wreak havoc against you and Benedict." I said then my terrifying presence began to spread across the block.

Gabrielle felt my presence and she was already discouraged from her last bout with us. She began to cower before me. She closed her eyes tightly and tears of fear formed in her eyes. "I-I..."

The words of Shida echoed in her head. Each failed mission she gets induced with sin and slowly becomes corrupted. She wanted to surrender, but her fear made her do otherwise.

Benedict grabbed Gabrielle's hair and she squeaked in pain. He was about to speak then groaned as I launched him away with my Launching Pressure, causing him to drop Gabrielle.

I looked down at Gabrielle. "Go."

Gabrielle looked at me with hope in her eyes. She stood up quickly and ran toward Alice's car then heard a gun shot. She was still in the Luck Zone. She knew the bullet was headed toward her. She felt...despair.

I snapped my fingers then invisible energy spiralled around me, catching the bullet in the current. I broke the Luck Zone then smirked. "Gabrielle is no longer yours to use. I'm taking her...and I'll show her how a real man treats a woman."

Gabrielle looked back at me, realizing I had saved her life. Twice. One of the mercenaries tripped Gabrielle and grabbed her then placed her in a choke hold. She grunted and struggled to escape. She was too tired to even fight back.

Leonidas glided across the ground then elbowed the Mercenary, causing them to drop Gabrielle. He kicked them away and noticed a group of mercenaries charging toward me.

"Let me show you what my Rhea has taught me." I said coldly then slowly unsheathed my blade. I swiftly slashed in one motion then a delayed slash effect struck the mercenaries and they dropped to the ground.

Benedict watched as Leonidas and I took down the mercenaries together. We ended up back to back as two mercenaries with power suits surrounded us.

"We need to protect Alice and the others. Got any plans?" Leonidas asked and looked back at me.

I adjusted my mask and my eyes shined. "Yeah. I do."

I placed a protective barrier over Alice's car which kept Alice and my other lovers safe. Gabrielle looked at the barrier and watched me.

"Who is that guy..?" Gabrielle asked.

"That's our boyfriend, The Ace." Alice said as she watched.

"Hmph. Allow me to show you why they call me the Golden Lion." Leonidas smirked.

"Oh..? Well allow me to outshine you and tell you why I am the best there is." I said.

We both ran to our own enemy and they ran toward us. I evaded an attack then grabbed the mercenary's arm then pulled him behind me then elbowed him, using Launching Pressure to launch the mercenary toward Leonidas. Leonidas had golden aura surrounding his hand then he struck the back of the mercenary then grabbed his leg then let out a roar, slamming him to the ground. He tossed him back up.

The mercenary noticed me above him then I surrounded us with a Wind Field. "Blow away."

The Wind Field blew the mercenary to the ground and he groaned and coughed blood. I landed on top of the mercenary, killing him then stood up. Leonidas parried multiple strikes from the mercenary then countered her with a punch to the face, breaking her helmet. He grabbed her arm and struck her with a series of punches then threw her over to me.

I caught her then dropped her and kicked her away with a spinning kick. I set up an Orbital Field, pulling the mercenary back toward me then struck her with a series of Pressure Strikes then ended it with Wendy's One Inch Punch, blowing her away into their truck. She fell to the ground, dead.

"Whoa..." Gabrielle said then stood up and walked closer to the barrier so she could get a better view. "How are they in sync like that..?"

"Ryder has the ability to communicate in battle by syncing with his partner or partners. Their synergy is pretty high despite having only met, yesterday." Alice said. "Ryder sees something in Leonidas."

Benedict noticed rain clouds forming in the sky then it began to rain. He chuckled and closed his eyes. He began to laugh then two golden demon wings emerged from his back.

"Oh man...my back is really pushed against the wall isn't it..? I might actually have to try now." Benedict said as he walked forward.

Leonidas and I prepared ourselves and watched Benedict. As I watched him, I began to get memories that weren't even mine.

"Luckie. Resonate with me." Benedict said.

Luckie looked at Benedict then looked at me and Talenta.

"Resonate with me now, bitch!" Benedict commanded.

Luckie grunted as she hesitated. She placed her hand on Benedict's back then closed her eyes. "I'm sorry...Talenta.."

We watch as Luckie began to fuse with Benedict. He went into his Awakened State and laughed as his aura surged powerfully across the entire area. His hair began to flash gold and back to his normal hair color. His aura sparkled then his aura exploded as he transformed into his Awakened State.

"I am The Fortune. I am The Luck. I am The Destined. I am The Chosen! My Mask has evolved into The Mask of The Chosen. There is no hope for you all now." Benedict said.

"Ryder! You need to retreat!" Alice warned. "His abilities have evolved into Meta Luck!"

Benedict activated Meta Luck Zone and the zone was stretching across the entirety of San Angelo. "There is no escape."

Leonidas looked at me then adjusted his gauntlets. He looked back at Benedict. "Any plans this time?"

"None. You can't plan for someone who has Meta Luck..." I said then braced myself as Benedict walked closer.

"I feel so confident that I'll let you all prepare. I'm giving you ten minutes." Benedict said then sat down on the ground.

I decided to sit down as well then closed my eyes. "Leonidas."

Leonidas looked down at me. "What's up?"

"Can you hold him off..? While I am in the Love Domain, I am completely vulnerable. He isn't true to his word. Once he sees that I'm vulnerable, he will take the Mask." I said.

Leonidas looked at Benedict and crossed his arms. "Alright. But you owe me a trip to the bar."

I smiled and formed a barrier around myself. "Thanks."

Shiro sensed my presence and smiled as he sat on a bench. He looked out into the open. "Such a beautiful view isn't it. The Garden of Love. Soon you'll be the owner of this Domain. In this garden...these flowers have purpose."

I looked at Shiro and noticed his wings and his halo. "Shiro, I-"

"I know why you're here, Ace." Shiro smiled and admired his garden. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He exhaled and his breath rejuvenated the flowers.

I watched the flowers bloom then noticed a strange flower. It was a black rose with a sigil on the top of it. I crouched down and held the flower in my hand then my heart thumped hard.

"Wrath..." A woman's voice said, sounding evil and aggressive.

I took my hand off the flower and flinched back. "What the-"

Shiro stood up and smiled then crouched down and carefully picked the flower. "The Rose of Wrath. One of the seven flowers in the species of flowers named Vicerus. The Mother of all Devil Kings of Hell. Satan. She grows these flowers. I am gifting this to you. Consume this flower and you shall gain the power of Wrath. This will work well with your Limit Break since you are a demon now."

I took the flower and looked at it. "A demon."

"Well not exactly? You see you're a human with Demonic capabilities...but soon with the Mask of The Charmer, you'll gain Angelic Prowess. Each Mask has a different Limit Break." Shiro explained.

"Your Limit Break also known as Master's Form grants you partial usage of the Master of All ability. It isn't strong enough to counter Benedict at the moment, but that's where Wrath State comes in." Shiro continued.

"What does Wrath State do?" I asked.

"Well first of all, you need to feel Wrath to access the state. You need to channel that inner hatred from within out. This will awaken the power of War, Death, and Destruction from within boosting you Limit Break to nearly Tier 7 levels." Shiro answered.

"What?" I asked.

"It's a lot to go over so I'll save it. All you need to know is with that power...if you can't control it, the Sin of Wrath will consume you and kill you. That's just like with the other Sins." Shiro said then walked off to the distance.

I looked at Shiro then smiled. "Shiro."

Shiro looked back at me. "Yes?"

"Thank you." I bowed, showing Shiro my upmost respect.

Shiro smiled and walked toward me then placed his hand on my head. "Can you do something for me after all this is over?"

"Yeah. What is it?" I said then stood up.

"Tell Mark and Caroline that I miss them." He smiled.

I smiled at Shiro then nodded. "I will."

Shiro nodded back then walked off. I consumed the flower and felt dark energy coursing through my body. I grunted lightly then looked at my hands.

"Let's see what you can do..~" Satan said and let out a mischievous chuckle.

"I'm never getting used to this shit." I said.

"Time's up." Benedict said then stood up.

'He was true to his word...ten minutes on the spot. Maybe he is that confident..' Leonidas thought to himself.

Benedict cracked his bones and groaned softly. He looked at me and noticed I still wasn't awake. "Huuuuh...? How long does he plan on stalling?! Hey Ace! Wake the fuck up!"

Leonidas looked at me then looked at Benedict. He stepped forward and his coat flowed with the wind. His eyes shined and he awakened his true powers. "Seems like he isn't ready, so your battle will be with me first." Leonidas said then golden lion gauntlets appeared on his hands.

"Zodiac Weapons..? Those things still exist..?" Benedict thought to himself. He shrugged and chuckled. "No matter, come on and take your loss gracefully."

Leonidas glared and his golden aura surrounded him. 'I may not be the real thing. A Zodiac Knight, but I was blessed with it. Is it enough to defeat a Love Demon Fusion..?'

As he stared at Benedict, who was picking his teeth while waiting for Leonidas to make his move, he grunted softly. He barked his fangs and lightning and fire aura began to surround his initial aura.

'No matter. I have to hold him off until Ryder wakes up. Charlotte told me to protect him, but gave me little to no information about him. Ryder...you really owe me one.'

Leonidas let out a roar then the golden symbol on his back shined brightly and golden armor surrounded his body. He got in a running stance then launched himself toward Benedict. Benedict smirked and stared at Leonidas.

"Your luck ends here!" Leonidas bellowed.
