CHAPTER TWELVE: Disgraced And Drugged (Double-D)

That was the last slide of the fifth credit card across the machine,which got rejected like the others by the lady,who was checking their order.

"I'm sorry ma'am,it's not working either"The girl apologized,a little bit scared from the look which Tiana sent her way for what she just said.

"What do you mean it doesn't work?That machine is broken,get that card to use right now!"Tiana hit her hand down on the counter in a frustrating manner,which made the girl jerk where she sat.

Was this some joke or what?

Tiana asked, as much as she's trying so hard not to think of the possible reason why her credit card was not working,she knew that it doesn't make sense if she goes into conclusion yet.

"But ma'am this is the last…''The girl at the counter tried telling her, but got stopped by her hitting her hand down on the counter again,not knowing she was attracting an unnecessary crowd,which was not  going to work in her favor any more.

"What's happening here Linda?''The manager asked the girl,to which Tiana rolled her eyes at the time she was wasting here.

"Kai!"She yelled, annoyingly.

"I'm sorry Miss,but no one is picking up,not even your aunt"Kai whispered to her,which she gulped when she realized what shit  she  just walked into.

Catrina Hamilton.

She never ceased to surprise her daily,but this was pushing to the wall,and was she pissed off?

Really piss…

"It seems the princess has gotten her card declined by momma for being such a brat" Someone spat from behind the manager in a mocking tone,which jerked Tiana from her thoughts,and clenched her fist tight when she saw who it was.

"Check this out for me"Chelsea gave it to the girl,who took her card immediately and it worked to the detriment of Tiana who had accused the girl of the  machine being at fault in her own case.

"I'm sorry ma'am,but you will have to come with me to …"The manager said to Tiana,moving forward to grab her arm,but Kai held his hands from touching her.

"Do you have a death wish?I will pay your fucking money"Tiana insisted,as Chealse covered her mouth trying to suppress the laughter that was building up  inside of  her.

This is the best day of her life,and Karma had just met up with this brat in a short while of their fight earlier.

She was at fault,yet,she was not accepting defeat or trying to apologize,which was none of her concern at the moment.

She had attracted a large crowd who took out their phone, just as they did earlier to record their drama queen being disgraced.

"GIVE ME MY MONEY!!'The manager yelled,and that shocked Tiana who was mistakenly pushed  to the ground, when the security guards came in to manhandle the persistent Kai and the two guards she came in with.

Chelsea could have walked away, and allowed the bitch to be treated like shit because she deserved it.

But just like she mentioned earlier,about her looking all familiar,she wouldn't be happy if it  turns out she was right about her,and eventually they turn out to know each other,the feeling was there.

Chelsea turned and saw her  female bodyguard protecting her,and it amazed her that two guards couldn't pull her away from protecting the young miss, from the manager who had gone mad.

"Check hers too"She gave her card to the girl,as there was a brief calmness which fell upon the arena the moment she said that.

"Ma'am,that's a huge amount of money"The manager said, trying to get her to understand what she was doing.

"Are you done?"Chelsea asked the girl, ignoring the manager,as she could feel a glare being sent her way from no one else but from  the arrogant brat.

"What do you think you are doing?''Tiana asked,and Kai held her arm to stop her from saying further but she jerked her hands from her body.

She would rather be locked up in jail here,than to accept any help from her because she's doing nothing, but to mock her right in front of everyone.

Taking her card from Linda,she put in her pulse, before walking up to where Tiana was,with an angry look on  her face,that she could burst any minute if she pushed her further.

But was she scared of doing that? 

No!

"A thank you would have been better"She stated, but got a scoff from her.

"I'm not a beggar. ''She said lastly, looking at the face of the manager,and everyone one present who just witnessed what happened and turned to leave,but stopped surprising everyone.

They all expected that she was thinking of apologizing for what she did,but she took off one of heels,and swung it right in the direction of the manager who ducked  immediately with fast reflexes.

"She's insane"

"Such an ungrateful bitch!"

"Oh my God,get her out of here"

The whispers  came from the onlookers, and she took one last look at Chelsea who was stunned at what she just did,she too, wasn't expecting this.

"Arrh!!"An agitated scream  left her lips the moment she was outside,Kai rushed up to her and helped her  into the car,that's enough drama for today.

"I will kill that old hag!"She yelled.

"I'm so sorry,Ma'am"Kai apologized,taking out a can of water from nowhere and passed out to Tiana,who drank from it without any hesitation, with her chest still heaving up to show how annoyed she was.

"No,no,no! I won't take that Kai,did you see the way i was disagraced in there like some piece of shit"Tiana complained,passing the can of  water to Kai who hid the smile the moment she turned.

"I know,but you need to calm…"

"Don't tell me to calm down,I don't…"Tiana's words weren't completed, because suddenly she felt dizzy,she touched her temple.

"Are you okay ma'am"Kai faked concern,moving along to keep her from hitting her head on the window.

"I don..t know I..feel we.ird"She slurred,pushing herself away from Kai because she didn't want to be cuddled in any way.

"I'm so sorry,please forgive me"Kai said lastly,pulling her  to her as she fell on her laps,Kai's words was the last thing  she heard before blanking out.

"I'm sorry,Tiana,"Kai said, patting her head in a soothing manner,feeling bad for what she just did,the disgrace at the mall and also for drugging her.

She knows that none of her apologies won't matter once she's awake,Tiana holds more grudges to people who betray her trust,but this is nothing but for her own good.

She needs to go home!
