Three minutes and twenty-five seconds had passed and she's done making 20 bullseyes! Sh*t, how could this girl so good at archery?

"Quit hanging your mouth open, I know you're damn impressed," she said as she sat in the bench and drinks water.

Woah, I didn't expect Hillary knows how to brag. But, actually, meron naman talaga siyang maipagmamayabang.

I sat beside her, still, my eyes are on the archery target filled with 20 arrows. She made 20 golds in just a snap!

"You must join archery, Hillary," I uttered.

"I'm overqualified," she replied. I looked at her and she's grinning.

"Yabang mo, ha," I pulled some joke and she laughed?! Sh*t! She did! More than two weeks need to pass so I can finally hear that laugh!

I'm so happy as fudge! I feel like she's slowly going out from her comfort zone.

"So now, mind to tell me what happened?"

Oh, I thought she's just joking.

I took deep breaths before I manage myself to speak, "have you ever fall in love with someone you know who can't love you back?" I asked.

She chuckled, then she replied, "so, si Veia at si Sun na?"

"Ha?" I asked, so confused.

"I know you like Veia-no scratch it, you love her."

"H-How did you know about it?"

"I may be quiet and seem like I don't care about the world, Sky, but I can still see and feel what's happening around."

Nah, I'm still so curious! Paanong napansin niya?! Baka mamaya masyado pala akong halata! Paano kung malaman ni Sun lalo na si Veia? I don't know how will they react!

"But, how did I notice it?" she asked after a moment of silence. "I'm following you around... especially, Sun," she added.

I looked at her, "I don't get it," I uttered.

"Tss. Why would a woman follows a man?" she asked.

"I-I don't know," I replied. I really don't understand every single word she's saying.

"Akala ko ba matalino ka? Ba't nahihirapan kang intindihin ang mga sinasabi ko?" her voice seemed disappointed. Tsk, sorry na, sadyang wala akong maintindihan. "I like your twin," she said, looking at the ground, and I couldn't really see her expression.

But, wait, she likes my twin? So, why did she wrote in the paper she'd gave that she likes me? God, so confusing!

"Hoy, okay ka lang?"

"Ha? O-Oo."

"Eh, bakit wala kang sagot? Hindi ka man lang nagtanong. Alam mo na ba na gusto ko si Sun?"

Damn! Can we take this slowly, Hillary? I didn't know you're this straightforward.

"I-I'm still surprised," I replied, honestly. "I-I thought...you l-like me," I said, stammering, while I'm looking at somewhere else.

"What?" she asked with knitted brows.

"Remember the piece of paper you'd given? You wrote there that you like me," I said.

Bahagya siyang nag-isip saka siya bigla na lamang natawa, "that was for Sun, I wrote something else for you and I didn't notice that I'd gave the wrong paper," she said, trying to hide her laughter.

Okay, mabuti na lang talaga at 'di ako nag-assume ng sobra!

"What have you written for me?"

"Please stop being so annoying."

"What? Did I annoy you?"

"Always."

Saang banda ba akong naging annoying sa babaeng 'to when all I did for her is to help her from those stupid bullies! Tsk!

"I want your twin to keep coming back to me, Sky, but ironically, ikaw 'yong lumalapit sa'kin," she said, and I really don't know how should I react. "At first, I thought you like me, but when I started following you, I realized that you like someone else," she added.

"Halata ba?" I asked.

"Actually, no, you're pretty good in hiding it, but you usually couldn't control your emotion," she replied. Ugh, she's right! Ang hirap naman kasing pigilan. Tsk. "When the two are so sweet you eventually went out of the frame, jealousy can't be controlled, right? Don't worry, I feel you."

I looked at Hillary who's now bitterly smiling, "since when did you start to like my twin?" I asked.

"Since August 5, 2018," she replied with a smile on her lips, as if she's remembering that day.

So, that was six months ago? She's not yet studying her in IPC. Remember, two weeks and three days pa lang siyang transferee, pero six months na niyang gusto si Sun?
