I genuinely don't understand the cosmology of this verse. First there is the blood sea in which the continent or planet (I don't even know at this point) is floating on and now suddenly the solar system exists which means that galaxies and the universe exists as well. So is the solar system inside the blood sea or wtf is going on 😵‍💫😵‍💫

The key for obtaining EMS is chakra compatibility and the blood relation, not the specific placement of the eyes. So the theory of placing both eyes into one eye socket still checks out. This is also why Itachi didn't swap eyes with Sasuke because EMS isn't about swapping eyes. Also Madara didn't "steal" Izuna's eyes Izuna willingly gave them to Madara after being wounded by Tobirama.
