And lastly, you actually made a fatal error, you become a master in something only after practicing it for at least 10 years, not 5. And even then, especially with regard to art, you never truly master it. Same for every other field, there is a reason why people devote their entire lifetime to a subject and barely manage to scratch the surface (mathematics, philosophy, physics, chemistry, botany, linguistics etc). There is also the factor of whether your body will be able to handle the chakra or not, most can't even from well reknowned clans. Therefore precation is always adviced. as a ninja you are not just trained flashy ninjutsus or taijutsu katas, you are taught how to move silently, be extremely aware of your environment, infiltration, survuval camp(to a very extreme degree) and a host of other things which you did not include. Chunins are experienced ninjas and somewhat qualified otherwise they won't really be promoted. And only chunins and above get assigned reconnaissance jobs, since they are majorly B-rank missions.

dude....ninjas don't get bored and sleepy while on mission. All ninjas are light sleepers. Jinchurikis and S-rankers are different. If your life is on the line, and you can die with a simple safety pin, even cannon fodders are careful!
