That doesn't make sense, the people from lucid that traveled to earth didn't use a headset and when they died on earth they respawned on lucid, why wouldn't the same be true for Yuuta? Or is this just Yuuta not knowing what would happen?
Nevertheless, the main reason why Yuuta can't recklessly charge in no matter how powerul he was was because he could die in the World of Lucid and die in the real world as well. The 'you die you respawn' thing doesn't apply to him anymore, and this made him a lot more cautious than normal.

Why didn't the kidnapper minths detect them?
What he didn't know was that Minths can actually detect each other's emotions aside from detecting each other once they are nearby. The reason why Yuuta didn't realize it was that he was also doing the same thing ever since he became blind. Detecting someone's heart rate, breathing, and all those little things were already hard-wired in Yuuta's mind that it already comes as second nature for him.

Shaking his head, Yuuta started boiling a fresh batch of soup on top of the makeshift campfire he made. The enticing aroma of the soup soon wafted in the air, making their mouths water as they anticipated the dish. Of course, Yuuta didn't fail to check up on the Nightmare Octopus from afar, giving it orders from time to time to just hold out and not to kill anyone— to which it obediently obliged.

Man Yuuta's turning into a prick, dude basically just murdered a bunch of people for an event... I'm sure most of those people left weren't dreamers.
"Yes, just a bit of a scratch." Yuuta joked. "I need to get her to the mainland and have her treated. Apparently, she was in the middle of it all when that monster appeared. I don't have enough energy to heal her right now and I don't think you have some to spare as well. I'll get her to the mainland and temporarily leave the Guild Conquest Event. I'll be back as soon as I took care of her." Yuuta continued. Before Tobalt could say anything, he was off, running on water towards the direction of the country of Viomich.

Do they still not realize it's a portal to another universe or world? If that guy is constantly watching Yutta, how would he not know?

That's definitely not the norm in the US...
Both of his parents were quite young, but he found out it was common in that world for people to marry and have kids in their early twenties.

Once Kazunari and everyone in the carriage were a few hundred meters away from the incident, they looked back, straight away. That's when they saw the huge force field made of molten lava surrounding the entire area where the Dreamers and Adventurers were supposed to be. From deep inside the force field, one could witness the one-sided fight between Lav Kravia and the poor people who only wanted to finish their quest. Yuuta felt shivers run up and down his spine when he finally spectated the true terror of Lav Kravia. The more he watched, the more he was convinced that Lav Kravia was holding back when he fought with her back on her first day in the world of Lucid.
