I try. (It's so easy to forget tails >w<)
About the same color as the rest of him. Fleshy and long, with some bumps along the spine. Later grows a bit of armor.
Oh, this testimony is about the past. They don't even know Halie showed up to duel Kir.
Kir is a bit of a hothead, especially since Halie basically showed up and was all "I hurt your mom! I'll be fighting you with bits of her!" without him knowing the real context. So he assumed the worst.
He doesn't want to be disabled for months and risk falling behind. I definitely appreciate your concerns, and many of them do get addressed in later chapters. I'm trying to toe a fine line in what I can say without spoiling it for other readers who may glimpse this conversation, but if you wish to skip most of the Arcane Knights mini-arc, the chapters about the Dungeon are where the story takes quite a turn.
Apologies, I mischaracterized his unsealing as being only in the third book. That was just because I was tired. He actually unseals three of them in the second book, and infers some of the logic behind them by the third unsealing.
I don't lower his IQ, he's mostly in a frustrating place because the seals protect themselves and debilitate him when he uses magic. It's rather like he cant deprogram them because he cant understand the language the spells were written in. He will be unsealed soon, the process of which is sort of the majority of the third book. And each unsealing accompanies a major development. it's just someone had a reason to keep him from using his magic that accomplished multiple goals, and when he returns to the Academy, he'll infer something about what those goals might be. (That's as spoiler.free as i can explain it)
Marriage is an alliance between one person who snores and another who says she doesn't (Until a doctor asks).
Don't worry. Even elves rely mostly on the first and last names. XD Still not as bad as Pablo Diego José Francisco de Paula Juan Nepomuceno María de los Remedios Cipriano de la Santísima Trinidad Ruiz y Picasso.
You'll find out why that's a baaaaad idea later. :3
Destroying a contract requires having a contract to destroy. :3
It's the "r n" effect of the font.
He looks nothing like the woman who adopted him.
Not exactly. (Evil Author Face)
His kids will ask "Why didn't you stop at two?" XD
