The system mentioned that there were steps to it and that in order to use aura one must first be able to sense it in their body's. That was step one, step two involved moving the aura within his own body to wherever he wanted. step three was to sense aura in the surroundings, and the final step was to collect and absorb aura from the surroundings. The final two steps were the hardest but the system once again had a way to assist Rex in sensing aura through the use of specially made foods and lotions. (think of it like Naruto at Mount Myōboku trying to sense natural energy via the toad oil) These lotions and foods would also help in boosting the chances of absorbing aura from the surroundings essentially completing the steps much faster. The system said that doing this with Machop would also be beneficial as it would have the chance not only to use aura but to also use aura sphere a move only Lucario should be able to do. Rex was astounded by this as he was very surprised by the system's capabilities.
