How in the world can one increase one's physical endurance and the ability to take hits without going down if one will not take hits? Except you are training you dodging skills, that is okay. But learning how to take a hit is important in order to avoid being down with just one hit. Let's be real. Because no one can avoid being hit when in a brawl or a fist fight. So, if you cannot take a hit and remain standing, you'll be in far more pain. And you'll look pathetic. Like in boxing.
