Reborn into Harry Potter Worlds with a System
Ryan died in his sleep.He had been sick and bed ridden for a while now. Orphaned while he was young, he had no family, and his friends would soon be adopted. A Goddess looked at him pity in her eyes. "For one so young you have suffer greatly. Please tell me, do you have a wish?"
Ryan bowed his head. "Ma'am if I had one wish I wish I could see the world with my own eyes not through a TV or book."
The Goddess was used to far more selfish requests. Looking into his mind, she saw that he enjoyed Fantasy Video Games and Books. getting a good idea, she smiled. " I promise you will enjoy your next life. Don't forget to be grateful and always seek the next horizon. "
Ryan woke up with a start in a park. Looking at the foggy night a series of memories started to come back. His name was Tiber he didnt have a last name that he knew of. He had been found abandoned in front of an orphanage. Despite it being over crowded and underfunded the people there tried their best to look after the kids.
Six weeks ago Tiber ran away from the Orphanage. He was trying to give them one less mouth to feed and make things easier on the staff. He had been stealing food from restraunts and sleeping in the parks. Luckily as it was June the weather wasn't too bad.
The Goddess gave me a second chance I will not waste it. Tiber thought, standing up. A gangly red-haired kid with freckles stared at him in in the water of the pond. Near him in the park. "I look like a weasley." He thought to himself.

The surroundings vanished in a flash of light. As the surroundings reappeared he found himself in the mountains at the end of a long
Valley. In the distance he could see smoke from a village.
Walking into the castle he found an abundance of space. The Inn, Stables the Keep all of it had been fully restored and was in mint condition. Walking into the war room he found a map of the surrounding area he was in the mountains near Hogsmeade.
He was far enough away that he should be isolated, but he should still be in the magical only area.
Walking up the stairs he found a big bed and a closet full of clothes that fit him. Falling onto the bed he fell asleep. He slept till the morning when a growling from his stomach.
Walking around he found a fully stocked kitchen.
Tiber had no idea how to cook so he made breakfast out of a loaf of bread, beef jerky, and water.
Looking around he found the treasure room with a couple stacks of gold bars, coins of thedas, jewels, bolts of silk and other valuables. He put a small stack of jewels in a pouch and brought it with him.
Finding a bath he became conscious of a horrible smell coming from himself. After bathing and going back to the bed chamber and looking for new clothes.
He selected a long brown leather coat with a blue and brown tunic with a pair of pants and a comfortable pair of boots. He tied the pouch with the jewels around his waist and held up the potion that would transform him into a dragonborn.
"If this is the world of Harry Potter I am going to need to gain power quickly." He said to himself resolutley. He downed the bottle in a single gulp feeling the power infuse him. It felt like fire had been poured in his veins. It strengthen him both physically and magically.
Unknown to him at the time a pulse of magic blasted out through the world. Dragons roared and the strongest Witches and Wizards paused feeling for that raw primal power that revealed itself before vanishing. Many were thrown into panic. There's were concerned that this new power would upset carefully laid plans.
On a certain list in a certain castle a new name was written. A name that would change the course of destiny for many people. Tiber.
Tiber was unaware of this. "All of this stuff is good but I need a way to make money and survive. I need to know the year, I may not even be eligible for Hogwarts."
Thinking this he made plans to travel to hogsmeade in the morning. He would use the floor network from Hogsmeade to travel to diagon alley. "Gringotts should be my first stop. Maybe they could help me hire a house elf or two. Not to mention allow me to convert these jewels tmountains.
He spent the rest of the day in the library. It was in the room that Solas occupied, combined with the Rookery. The Witcher Library had been placed neatly in rows and a reading desk was available looking put the window in the cookery over the mountians.

I'm doing a rewrite after all. Taking a different approach. For one I got rid of the penalty system. Any outside enemies will be those capable of traveling worlds. The chapters will be longer. A few things will be modified here and there but as an apology for not having it out yesterday I'll do another chapter tonight or tomorrow.
