I read the RAW's and Flint is actually trapped in the Solaceon Ruins. As for the previous chapter, I think the Battle Frontier was a gag from the translator. The chapter in the RAW's ends when Flint calls Johan and says he's been trapped for 3 days and he says they keep chanting "You're a monkey, You're a monkey". The parts of the chapter 377 after that line are a gag.

It's a translation error. The one who is competing here is Reggie, not Paul. Paul is Reggie's younger brother who competes with Ash when Ash travels to Sinnoh.

Awesome chapter as per usual. I really love that you throw some tidbits from other series in some chapters like with Kakashi in Wano. Same with this chapter with the Drowned God/Greyjoy from Game of Thrones quote from Rocks "What is Dead may never Die". Loved it!! :)
