I'm on Ian's side on that one? She knew from the beginning his family matters were important, she chased him first despite him telling her not to, and now that? She even knows it'd be better for their future to let him resolve that first! I get she might feel alone, even despite her knowing all that, but she can't reproach it to him like that.

I seriously don't think Calathea is something you can manage alone, whoever you are. She's an expert at messing with relationships, so the only way to resist her is to team up and communicate a max with your friends, to nip the misunderstandings and scandals she makes up in the bud.

Maybe he should have taken more time to prep her into accepting this high world. Not mentioning the lie, it's gonna be difficult for her to accept having her worldviews forcefully changed to something she seemed to hate so quickly. Well, now it's done.

It's sad to see she can't bring herself to like his other persona. I'm sure dragging a secret longer is the best way to make it worse, but I can see it's complex for him here. But I'm afraid she'll only hate the Reyes heir more with time passing. Anyway, I don't think the "reveal" should happen so soon. He needs to work it out slowly and carefully, no rush. The discreet hints he already gave will make their way in her mind at her rhythm, so she can accept it easier.

After the last lines of precedent chapter I was still giggling from that ingenious joke of a rumor but Author managed to uno-reverse it on us and gave us another hit of hilarious rumor. Really worth the read.

Haha, author got me there. With Zombie not talking at all in this chapter it's impossible to verify that hypothesis and know if he really can speak or not! It makes sense though, why would he want to speak to Dandelions?

We'll see if Zombie is now talking with the Dandelions reaction soon, but it really feels like it. It'd be great, to see him interact with someone else. Apart from that, I'm really curious about what Olive wanted to show them, it seemed important. And was the red book telling an invisibility ring's story a reference to the Lord of the Rings? It would be awesome if I caught it right, but I'm really not sure.

I agree with Craigy's last paragraph at least. It's true, now that you made me remark it, that it should be an at least difficult thing for Rean to kill. Even though, strictly speaking he didn't deal the final blow, their powers should have some kind of restrictions too. Like how their presence affects the environment's balance (their village is the exemple) we could see the consequences of their powers' existence. HOWEVER! I'm not saying I want a non-kill Rean. Please anything but that.

I like how we only get some hints about YuLe's reactions so that we can only hope/guess what's in his mind, like GuYe has to (luckily we're not as dumb/dense as him, so we get the hints even if he doesn't). I think he only cares about the murderer(s) of his friends. He wasn't a demon to begin with, then he was separated from the other demons so I don't see how he could have developed a strong attachment to the demon race.
