When you say Adonis this is what I think of
It doesn’t matter I can easily do 100 sit ups in a set but why waste 2-3 minutes doing a set of 100(which is actually useless aka junk volume) when you can be doing a set of 10-20 rope crunch’s which is better for getting both strength and hypertrophy
It doesn’t matter how you do them you can’t progressively overload with sit ups idk why you would waste time on doing an over rated exercise when you can be doing the crunchs machine or even the rope crunch witch in my opinion are way better variation of the crunch
It’s not like sit ups are gonna get you abs like people say abs are made in the kichan no matter how hard you work as long as your body fat percen tage is high than you will never see your abs

Oh ok thank you for curing my boredom (not to brag but I was here since chapter 4 definitely not bragging)
So when the real chapter coming out(btw this is my favorite book so far)
