The writing is very good and the stability of updates was great until recently when the author took a break but now it seems he is back, (11/11/2021), The story is very good and well-thought-out and the character is amazing. the world background is very intensive because of the stability of basing it on a story already made but the author does include his own creations into the book to make it enjoyable and separate from the main plot of the normal story. This book does involve the characters of the Avatar: The Last Airbender series not the legend of the Korra series.

Though the book is good children with genetic problems like albinism are treated like they are evil in Africa. This is marvel and Wakana is there so that would change things but meh...

might want to up the amount of push ups and sit ups as they are often easier than squats and running
well at least I can see my progress as for my advance in saitama training regime he can do 63 push ups, 47 situps , 40 squats and 5 km run , his goal is to finish the entire training still he almost gave up, but he persisted through and gritted his teeth, the pain of the muscles after every training was unbearable, it started to show on his young physique, even Willis started imitating him in the practice he than had someone to spend time with during practice, nothing major happened except his grandfather bringing him to question most high officers and officials, he started cleansing processes of all filth , the population was elated at the elimination of such people in one year he found 27 high officials who are corrupt and 12 in the military, offcourse their replacements were also checked by him also , they found 2 previous students of faust who are else had in their possession a demon mask , one was to drenched in the demon's possession while the other still fought him from time to time , the first was killed and the other released but stays under observation, from him they found a couple more effected people who are in possession of a mask , they were also dealt with accordingly, apparently some bigshot demon wanted to take this land but they never knew who, life continued as normal for Franklin this year except those events.

Can I just say that you take 50 off of the pull ups- even 50 is super human or increase the push ups and crunches because those are easier than pullups.
I woke up early. Eve is still in bed so without disturbing her I slipped from the bed and went for a walk. I don't want to make my parents to worried about me so I sneaked though the window. I started following Saitama's training method. I started with running ten miles then 100 push-ups, 100 pull-ups and 100 crunches. I was doing this in the children's park and all the people that were walking nearby were shocked watching me doing so much without being tired. Some even tried to follow me. I paid no attention to them.
