very good writing could be more fluid but so far the story has a really good premise to it definitely think you all should check it out! hopefully it doesn't crash... lol

it's actually not that thin remember that 2.54 cm is an inch so it's abt 1.2 inches so it depends on the style of sword, I also don't know how he plans to do combat but most the time in real sword combat armor was a factor because most of the time it was quick precise stabs rather than slashes the armor easily blocked or were easily blocked another weapon as well the reason said were widely used as their lethality and a weapon for stabbing opponents the use of a slash was to cause opponents to get disoriented or to get them to back away and focus on defending at least they would try to dodge but that's also why the occasional slash would be focused at the head where armor was thinnest and it was required that you dodge or defend. katanas on the other were used for slashing but they weren't widely used because you were required to be even more precise as most opponents wore some kind of metal armor that is why the katana as a blade that can slash as well as stab was designed to be thin but it required a lot of skill as the users were required to be fast and accurate so they typically wore at most a leather armor if that much, they also couldn't Make a wild swing to save their life as it wasn't a heavy enough blade that is why many users of that weapon either died or were people of renown because with this weapon if you hastily blocked a strike from a heavier weapon whether it be a sword or a war hammer ect... your weapon could easily break so they had to know how to allow themselves to use their weapon to alter the course of the enemy's weapon as well as adeptly aiming slashes at the breaks in armor and mixing in a large amount of stabs to try and piece critical points as well and the reason these weapons were used is clear despite the disadvantages it posed it allowed for more damage across the whole body with one strike as well it being a much lighter weapon allowing many weaker people to use it as long as they had the skill they didn't need the strength many other weapons of that time required. so back to the original thing no its not really thin just a bit of a lighter sword which is good for his agility oriented self and honestly better than a katana since as far as we know he hasn't received any weapon training throughout his life and would probably just get himself killed if he attempted using one.... depending on if this book is realistic towards combat or not lol.

probably my favorite book on here has definitely replaced super gene and is still going strong currently which is awesome it has excellent comedy, along with well written combat sequences and great world building some parts drag on for just a little bit through part of the story but it definitely picks itself back up quickly after, 10/10 would recommend. and yes it does have romance no it isn't a harem lol.

it gets better but then puts a terribly developed Romance in some time later that ruins the story just go read second world or a new world an immersive game experience both have really good storylines.
