He cant create the library yet. The last herbs and stuff is with mezal. I think thats why hes here. He was asking gojirah how to make the lizards attack. And i think thats why. The temple is dormant and needs three days. Mezal cant deliver the stuff in the temple anyway since he is with the rest of the humans who is treating him like some big shot.
