Zev, the Dark Alpha, is proving true to his title. Did he really attack Tarkyn while Tarkyn was in human form? We saw Zev’s desperation in Thana. He’s so damaged he doesn’t see the reality in front of him. This is not a good mix; trained assassin, anger issues hatred, publicly dominated by his wife, not listening to others.

I love this story. It will be interesting how Zev’s mental state will play out.

I love that Elreth realizes her part in this and is getting back to who she really is, plus she’s pregnant

This is an incredible book. It is a wonderful story about love and trust between a human woman and the Anima King, a relationship that started with them being childhood friends. The story is creative, well developed, interesting, exciting, and full of life lessons as well as faith in the creator. It is an uplifting storyline that is full of love, optimism, and solid values. It depicts a relationship between a man and woman that on all accounts is the way a man should love and treat a woman. It’s a fairytale that you desperately want to be true.

Is this book going to be continued? Is the author okay?

This is so filled with wisdom. I’d like to think that I would have grasped these lessons if Elia had talked to me when I was twenty. I’m not sure. But, I certainly get It now at 20+40!

Aren’t Aaryn and Suhle related? I believe Suhle is Aaron’s aunt.

Neither story. Paul and Emma are dead so no point going back to them. I dont find unredeemable people such as Vulture very interesting. The real story was the growth of two broken people who had lost their humanity, and against all odds, found love and their humanity out of the darkness they shared.

I must haVe missed something. Why Have there been no New chapters in over a week? This is such a great book. I really miss it.

Great book. I love the storyline, characters, and mix of action and drama. Great to have a strong female lead who is tough but also female and in love.

The story line is original with real, colorful characters. The mix of background, character devlopment, and plot twists is great. Of course, I love the stong female lead who goes from an abused young girl to a woman who will fight for what she wants. The story is never boring and blends romance, History, family discord, royalty, war/conflict among other things.
