the power of the lighting has nothing to do with yaya's strength and is solely based on the growth of the treasure, yaya's strength only influences the treasure's growth speed and since it was only 'born' recently it still needs alot of time to reach the level of a beast lord's lightning.
As for it to reach the level of Silly Fox's [Lightning of Destruction], Yaya's [Storm Calling Pearl] would definitely need much longer time than that.

I think he means that he doesn't think he can kill it alone without his shadow undead.

It was incredibly dangerous, but It didn’t make much sense for a level three dungeon to have something that could kill them both in one hit.
