My memory after that point was a little bit blurry. I only knew that the police got involved later, and I found myself at the station. Although my situation made headlines, my identity was hidden because I was still considered a minor.

Though in the end, not many people had sympathy for me, if at all.

It was only among the police that had a better idea of what happened that actually understood. And even then, some of them thought it was a waste of time even doing anything in the first place, despite knowing full well of my injuries.

After all, it was a man being raped, rather than a woman. Although legally it didn't make a difference, it might as well be a law. I mean, no matter how you slice it, if you took it to court the person in charge would be biased the other way.

Not to say that it was injustice, or to make some sort of statement about gender equality and all that.
