My memory after that point was a little bit blurry. I only knew that the police got involved later, and I found myself at the station. Although my situation made headlines, my identity was hidden because I was still considered a minor.

Though in the end, not many people had sympathy for me, if at all.

It was only among the police that had a better idea of what happened that actually understood. And even then, some of them thought it was a waste of time even doing anything in the first place, despite knowing full well of my injuries.
