My chapters average around the 600 words. I would prefer to write longer chapters but I am not really succeeding because I feel like I am than stretching my chapters.

I may be new to writing but I know the first rule of reviewing. Is to shamelessly give yourself a standing ovation even though you know your work is not that good.
