if we want to see more than summoning minion with necrotic magic a death mage or rot mage usually necromancer are more about minion creation and customization and having support spell to help the army id your are looking for a good necromancer novel i would recommend book of the dead by rinoZ its a very good book where even after being a necromancer mc has to fight for his life every turn but you can find the first two books on royal road i recommend using anna's archive to download the first two books
