idk if the author doesn't know how the speed force works or he is just going with his own take on the speed force and building up to something.

but which hades are we talking about? if the author see it as a downgrade, then in his/her mind, hades is superior. so that would mean that it's the author's interpretation of hades, not THE hades himself, so talking about mythology hades is pretty pointless.

I understand your point, but it's a pretty naive thinking, like what if someone much stronger or tougher appears that he can't handle. but oh well, let the plot decide it, I guess.

I don't mind the nerfs as the story would be quite boring without them. look at light human in mha for example, there are no stakes at all in that fanfic and just a boring slice of life. but my main gripes is that, the way the nerfs are given are very uncreative and doesn't make sense for the most part.
