The prices of most stocks were going to skyrocket within the next three years. War tends to cause the price of stocks to increase and I was not going to take the risk of waiting for three more years.

Izumi gets back home from kyouko's house. He also didn't forget to buy something for tomorrow's trip. Since a while ago, he has always thought about what his next course should he do in One Piece world. His power is nothing compared to strong people in that world. Moreover, his progress in power also slowed down. If izumi imagines a game system, it's like the more level you have, the more experience you need. And also, there's something that prevents him to level up, and by awakening he would be able to level up once again. Well, it might not be because of prevention, but more likely the limit on his body hasn't been unlocked yet, or he might need a life and death situation which seems scary for him as he never feels deadly battle to overcome his fear. From what izumi read in many novels, there's a quote 'you won't be able to progress if you can't overcome your negative emotions' or something like that. It seems his mental state is still too low.
