Yep, this guy is an absolute menace I don't know how he can even compare Second Coming of Gluttony to The Beginning After the End its honestly one of the trashier novels out there I mean all the other novels that he mentions are good even great although I didn't finish through with Reverend Insanity because it was a bit heavy I could still appreciate that novel. back to the topic, it pains me that he is trying to make it seem they are around the same level of writing/plot, etc... I dropped TBATE before so I gave it another try yesterday and read about 15-20 chapters and it was just as shit as I remembered. it has the vibe as the same stupid op mc with a vibe that a harem will appear in the later stages of the story and the writing is just awful it made me cringe. as for my opinion on this story, I think it's probably one of the better novels on this site and has some actual character development like it usually should be slow and pretty controlled

honestly, I had struggled with the earlier chapters of the novel but a part of the beauty of this novel is the profound and slow introduction to the settings, it's probably the best novel I have read online by a pretty large margin if you get through the start of the novel you won't regret it. I feel like this story is the most detailed one by far, it's almost like I actually have a visual memory of places he described.

Really liked what I've seen so far from this novel I'm sure it has great potential, in my opinion probably even higher potential than cultivation online, only wish that author would have more time on his hands to develop this story and release more chapters. this is so infuriating that this stupid novel is at the top of the power ranking it's so trash, it's just a shallow flat two-dimensional story, the story isn't well thought or well written it isn't interesting I read 167 chapters and it's such a waste of time I mean I don't want to discourage authors and stuff but this shit just doesn't deserve to be close to top 20 power ranking it's just because of the webnovel algorithm that pushes stories with more consistency into recommendations. I'm atm reading Lord of The Mysteries and it's such a masterpiece its really a well-thought story with a huge world and character building but as it has already finished releasing it would get less recommended and we and up with this stupid shit being rank 1, and it's not like the book I'm reading doesn't have shortcomings but compared to this is not even comparable it is like asking a 1st grader to solve a 12th graders math problems, just here to vent some anger over the ranking system.

When I first found about this novel or as a matter of fact the whole webnovel community after watching the anime of this novel, although the anime wasn't great I really enjoyed the world and story development, after I watched the anime I saw that it originated from a novel and started reading it as I was bored that day and it was a great day. for all those who watched the anime, the novel is way better the world is described with more precision and get into way more details, the story development is better because you don't miss on small and big details that the anime didn't include. for those who read the manga, this is way better than the manga I read like 30 chapters of the manga they miss so much stuff that the novel has, I genuinely recommend not reading the manga and reading this instead it is just way better.

From the first time, I looked at the book and saw the synopsis where he wrote read a chapter ye I'm that confident made me think this guy is kinda arrogant isn't he but truth to be told he is lives up to what he is saying until now. The story development is so dull and repetitive the main character, Shi Feng always gets lucky gets the most broken op items and skills there is then he somehow has to offend a big guild that has major companies as supporters, they go at his throat and his upcoming new guild with zero support emerges victorious doesn't matter if the enemy can command an army of millions of monster on top of the guild's regular members. This setting has happened more than 15 times already and I'm not even exaggerating, the author keeps using unimaginable numbers for stuff that he gets, and every time that happens the author will write something like in his past life he couldn't bring himself to believe that in this life he will be the owner of this rare item, and about those numbers ye, he sometimes says that there is something like 20 like this in the game when. Wait for it there is in the world setting 100 billion people and at this point of the game almost half of them are playing, but he can just get the luck of winning the lottery more than 100 times in a row and I'm not even joking this is so infuriating but what's more infuriating is the main character the level 69 swordmaster with one of the "Strongest" legacies there is in the game can't even deal with that one mother****er the Beastmaster who is a player that gained the most unbalanced broken thing with zero requirements the dark god apistole, then again I'm saying he is just one person who can command an army of millions of dark monsters and gets to the power level of a whole guild when again just saying he could generate enough money from in-game to sell and get enough money to just live like a king in the real world, but every the main character who is like 15 levels above everybody with the strongest equipment there sees him he doesn't just teleport with his op ring and just one shot that stupid guy. you are probably asking why the actual **** this guy read 1940 chapters of this novel, the reason is I'm fucking stupid every time I'm bored and I don't find a good novel to read I'm telling myself give it another try it will probably get better later on but no this novel is disgustingly bad I mean it did have an immense amount of potential but when the dude is fighting the same person for more than 1.5k chapters and isn't even close to either side winning with the same battle settings every time where the main character's guild is in a pinch and than he just pulls up another broken shit out of his ass isn't fun, not only that the MC IS FUCKING STUPID chapter 1930-1940 he goes to a manatite ore vein something the various superpowers would contend because of the amount of gold he doesn't even think about checking if someone is following him, and this happened more then once. like I'm seriously super mad that I wasted so much time reading this trash of a novel. Like I genuinely don't know how can someone give this a 5-star rating. this doesn't deserve to be at the top 10 power stone ranking but you know webnovel continuous publish of the same novel with two chapters the systems pushes into your recommendations, this is the same with My Vampire System novel but at least there, there's just some development and stuff happening here it's just the same over and over again.
