author I think I figured it out after re-reading draco introduction. 4 is legion as revealed, and I believe that 3 is draco (or at least part of him) in an attempt to gain the orb/do reconnaissance/use it. That's why it's constantly hinted that 3rd has more potential than 4 and explains why he doesn't need the dragon spirit. From 1 to 10, how accurate is this?
