I don't understand how the guild couldn't find the tomes and skill books. What pocket can hold a bunch of books and somehow not get noticed. Unless it's a pocket dimension which only he can access, the company has to be blind to not notice that. Rather than the main character snapping at EL to make the company look like jerks, he should have used the tomes instead which would have been more appropriate.

The guy knew that they unfairly deduct lay so he goes on to do something stupid, I know the Author said that the MC was stupid at first, but I didn't expect him to be that stupid. You'd think that how much he cared for his sister he would be able to bottle up his emotions, after all like he said back when he was pushed around "I'm used to this.". I don't think this has any significance to the story other than to reinforce the fact that the company he works for is unfair and that hes short tempered.

Who is this EL? Is it the characters actual name or is it a nickname or something, because it's quite hard to tell. Also considering he is being interviewed, you'd expect the Reporter to talk to EL using his actual name formally, but instead she uses EL as if she's best friends with him. Unless that's his name, which is a first.

I can get behind the excuses because they sound like something they would do, but being poor doesn't mean they should decrease pay. It makes sense for the rest because they are worthy of pay deduction but just being poor sounds unrealistic.

Caressing doesn't seem fitting for this situation. Caressing is associated with intimate feelings, while he just got kicked in the back. I know this might sound Grammar Nazi-ish, but it's just helping out the author correct his mistakes, so no harm done.

Grammatical error: You can't put an exclamation mark at the end of that sentence when he murmured it. Murmured means saying it quietly, almost as quite as a whisper.
