how does fujitora scale to nnaruto world ? i never watched one piece, and most fics that I read are not very clear on his strength. The mc is either terrified of encountering him or he gets bodied immediately

This is a breath of fresh air compared to the typical novels here, the mc is not op. The Mc's progress can be seen and reasonable he's not talented and his progression shows as such. But I like that.
