I love this story, its one of my favorites up there in fanfics alongside wyvern and mechanics scrapyard. my only complaint is me just nitpicking the amount of chapters being released, but I'd rather wait and have quality chapters, than have rushed and sloppy chapters.

many Daedric Princes are aware of the Godhead and the nature of their existence within a dream. As highly intelligent et'Ada (original spirits), they understand the metaphysical structure of the universe, with some, like Hermaeus Mora and Molag Bal, explicitly linked to knowledge of the Godhead, CHIM, and the "dream" reality. Hermaeus Mora’s Black Book: Waking Dreams references the godhead, and Molag Bal famously taught the secrets of CHIM to Vivec.

Godhead is the only known title of a Supreme Being which is said to be responsible for the existence of the Aurbis, according to Michael Kirkbride. This entity is said to be in a state of unending slumber, and during this time it unconsciously manifested Aurbis from its dreams. When a mortal being becomes aware of this cosmic truth, they are said to achieve one of two states depending on the individual's willpower: CHIM, the state in which one may become a 'lucid dreamer' within the Godhead's dream, or Zero Sum, an occurrence in which the mortal will become erased from existence. The Aurbis or Gray Maybe is the name for the universe. It includes Mundus, Oblivion, Aetherius, and the Void. It is the overlap of the two cosmic forces: Anu and Padomay. Its extremities in all directions are believed to be the Void. Aetherius follows the Void, and is the home of the Magna Ge. Following Aetherius are the Planes of Oblivion and the Daedra. The center of Aurbis is Mundus, the mortal plane. The center of Mundus is Nirn.

the difference is that Germany fought all the way until their capital was sieged, the rest of their country already under allied control and they resisted till the end. Japan lost 2 cities to bombs then surrendered, yes they were very determined in their war and had some of the most zealous soldiers, but they still had the rest of Japan to resist invaders.
