Then it would defeat the purpose of the system. It’s trying to make the best teacher possible, and someone who just uses time emblems as a cheat will not become the best. Also, once tou get good enough at something, no matter how much you practice you won’t get better unless you challenge yourself and push yourself to the limit. That’s what Sun Mo is doing. It makes total sense.

If I ever had this kind of business, I would make sure everyone had a clean place to eat. Cleanliness is the most important thing after taste, but even then the food has to be REALLY good to make up for a dirty restaurant
