Sorry. i don't know what was wrong with me. But i though 8*4=24. Also, u could just say since there will be 8 rounds for 16 players his chance to get round 1 is 1/8. Then, since there are 4 rounds for 8 players, his chance to get round 1 is 1/4. thus 1/32 chance. It's much easier this way.
