I understand the for some reason 100 million in Chinese gets translated as 1 billion… but I wish the editor would catch these obvious mistakes and fix them. The amount will literally change from one paragraph to the next which makes reading it a little annoying. I’ve read so many of these novels where they bash the US. Saying that our cities are unsafe and gunfights break out often. Then I read chapters like this and think that pretty women in bars are likely to be r@ped in China. Been in the US my entire life…. Never seen a gunfight.

I’m finding it amusing on this read through… men get female pronouns and women get male pronouns. Does no one proofread or edit these chapters?

This book has so much potential. Unfortunately, as soon as you start paying the translation quality becomes so bad it is nearly unreadable. I’m about 50 chapters in and I am now dropping this because it is confusing and unreadable. If you want us to pay for something, hire an editor or simply proofread the chapter before posting.

I’m so confused…. So many names that seem to change from line to line… why am I paying for garbage like this….
