I'm always going to like world becomes a RPG novels. The new twist here is the "synergy" system with the classic rpg elements. I rate the the main character lower because he is supposed to be some special army sergeant but I don't see it.I'll have to wait some more to see if the author was holding back his character development for now.

This part is a big let down. I don't see the point of this plan other than the author wanting Erin to go to pure, Peter getting the transformation ability, and getting to inform Fex more on the group? How is Logan a genius? I've liked this story till now and I hope something this convoluted doesn't happen again.
