See at the end MC wanted something materialistic for the apology. This is just his greed not about feelings. Because Tokiwa already expressed his feeling and appreciation for MCs talent in the Forest by showing him the cruelty of ancient world and his sincerity about forgetting the grudge between their families. He even went as far as locking up his son for his wrong doings. Also, isn’t it because of Lloyd and Tokiwa the he took that particular path and encountered the two legendary Pokémon?

the most worthless and useless, brain dead MC I have ever read. The first insti nct a person experiences when they are in an unknown location is to know more about there surroundings and what they can learn about the place that are in and about it’ people. But the MC just leaves it to his half a**ed knowledge with out learning anything. And if he wanted to simplify cultivation to be automated and passive without needing to meditate, why not do the same to all the Billshit of him being a medic and use the all ‘ omnipotent’ energy to automate recovery also, all this s*** about him being a modern person and different culture is really annoying. And saying cringe to cultivation names, while the name he himself decided on is a Greek gods name. I AM NEVER A PERSON TO SAY THIS, AND MANY TIMEs EVEN IF THE WRITING QUALITY IS BAD I ENCOURAGE AUTHORS TO KEEP DOING THEIR BEST AND SUGGEST AND COMMENT MY OPPINIONS.
