People, I’m pretty sure that he’s going to be cautious, but he is hopeful sonce he got the memories and want to have some faith in the family that he’s apart of. You can’t fault him for that. Plus, he just transmigrated and he’s not like those MC’s who went from 0 to 100 in the first chapter like in so many of the Webcomice these days. I think. Have dome faith.
He wondered whether the look of disdain earlier was just his imagination, or he was reading too much into it. After being betrayed once, it usually is hard to trust again. But Li XinWen prayed that it was just his imagination, since the original really treasured his sister very much and he was looking forward to experiencing how it is to have a family.
