Well most of the original novels of 2000+ chapters can be trimmed to 100-200 chapters by deleting all nonsense that authors put to make their story longer to earn more so I don't agree with you.

As per me, Bellatrix is a loyal crazy bitch (female dog) will do anything for her master while snape is a traitorous manchild who is not above torturing a teenage orphan after indirectly killing the said orphan's parents. And although Bellatrix is also a psycho murderer, she is not pretending to be a good Guy or anything while snape is a kind of character trying to redeem himself while not acutually acknowledging what his mistake actually is or just actively failing at it.
