爪哇国 (lit. claw wa country) is part of a Chinese slang that is used to refer to somewhere far away and unknown, basically to say something thrown there is now completely gone. Here, the author plays on the phrase by reversing it into 哇爪国 (lit. wa claw country) because it sounds like 卧槽, which is a bad word used in the next para.
