Season 1 when the principle calls all the teachers together to talk about the attacks it's either after USJ or after Deku runs into hand dude at the mall. It's been a minute since I've watched it.

There isn't a traitor. It was hinted in the first season but the author of MHA forgot that he hinted. So there's no traitor but Fanfics like to make someone the traitor to give it a bit of depth.
