Been an interesting couple of chapters. I will say that (as I assume in the almost 1000 chapters that the author writing skills have improved drastically) that they go back to these beginning chapters and clean them up a little bit as parts of them can be a pretty rough to read.

Really hoping this relationship he has with scathach blows up in his face and causes some fractures in his relationship with his wives which he has to fix. Afterall he’ s already pretty much having an emotional affair with her

Not gonna lie there are allot of similarities to Vamp system. my issue with that novel is that theres too much forced and convenient reasonings for the characters to do the things they do for the plot to continue how the auther wants it to. In this novel however i havent yet felt a forced reason for the characters to interact with eachover which i very much enjoy

Allot of split opinions this chapter. mine is that while the Mc wasnt perfect in this chapter, he isnt in the wrong here either. you have to remember that while he technically is an *****, he is also kinda broken mentally from all the abuse/loss of his first life. Also the Mc has been mistreated by Orpal since he was born so he has no obligation to fix their relationship. finally even when life got better at their house due to the Mc, Orpal never changed his opinions and only blamed the Mc and his little sister more and more showing more signs that hes a sociopath who only cares about himself. If the Mc didnt deal with him now Orpal would have only escalated the situation till the Mc had to kill him. Remember the Mc isnt a selfless good guy. even if he has the mentality of an ***** you need to remember the environment that his ***** mind was formed in. Also at the end of the day before this situation the only bad thing he really did to Orpal was shove a spoon down his throat accidentally when he was a baby.

77+ chapters in and very much enjoying the story so far for the most part. the biggest Problem i have is that the cultivation system isnt really shown and As a result when they talk about cultivation levels i have no idea how strong thats actually supposed to be compared to where the MC currently is. Also I dont know if it possibly happens later but it wouldve been cool if wisps addition to lifespan increases further the higher their cultivation so that while they might never quite have as mUch of a lifespan the auther doesnt have to worry about rushing the MC’s cultivation. fun idea but havent read enough for me to Know if its addressed. Put simply ive read far Worse stories on this platform and if you can get over some spelling issues then its a fun read. plus i havent read loads of the story so it could dramatically Improve over the next couple hundred chapters.

This is a good story so far. The world itself and how its developed so far is interesting and has had a consistant and decent pace. Now my only Problem with the story so far was two moments near the beginning of the novel that felt a little forced. These being Layla’s and Vordens motivations for doing what they’re doing with only Vordens was explained in a satisfactory way. All in all I would say this novel is definately worth a try at the very least as after i got through those forced moments its been a very fun read so far.

Is it bad that I dont enjoy the player tournament parts and just gloss over them really quick?

I hope after some difficulties Han Xiao wrecks their attempts at his business.
