I was hoping he would bombard the enemy with the eagle since they weren’t in the jungle anymore. It’s a common tactic military uses against large land forces. This would distract the enemy long enough for his force to rest.

I hope to see more trainer battles in the future as a lot of focus is on training and secondary professions. He has an amazing roster of Pokémon to choose from, and would be a shame.
