Unlike zombie in the horror movie, this mutated zombie still keeps their previous life habit, so they still go to school (for those who used to be a student) or go to the office (for those who used to be a worker). They still have their aggressiveness or fears toward the unknown creature. So for that human that still not affected by the mutation, because take a shelter, they will treat as a monster when they resurface because of they different with zombie and mutant.
Player, you are those survivors in the shelter. To able to live again on the earth surface, the only way is to eradicate all zombie and mutant that roaming free in earth surface and reshape the human dominance once again in the earth. With limited resources that keep in the shelter, the scientist there managed to create battle suit armor that can block the effect of Red Sunlight. 
You're the chosen individuals among the survivors, the destiny of humankind's lies on your hands.
The tester will divide into groups and deployed to different cities all around China. Since this testing will be limited to China server only, crossing national borders option still unavailable.

Game mission
Since the weapon is limited in the shelter, 
Your first mission: is to retrieve old weaponry from the abandoned military base. Although it's old those old weapons still useful against zombies and mutant. This is the most dangerous place because zombie and mutant soldier occupying the base and still thinking they are human.
Second mission: after acquiring weapon is to sweep clear the zombies and mutant from town to town, from city to city. Your mission value is counted on how much you manage to kill zombies and mutant.
Third mission: defend the area that already free from zombie and mutant. This is the hardest mission because zombie and mutant will keep coming from other areas to eliminate you.
Beware, although the zombie and mutant lost their ability and sense for human beings, they still dangerous and can give damage to your battle armor. To support your body armor, the underground human society manages to smuggle some rejuvenate pod to repair and recharge your body armor in certain points of the city.
Beware, during the repair and recharge, your body armor will enter vulnerable condition which easies to become damaged and destroyed by the zombie and mutant attack. We recommended for the player to do mission in a pair, the other player can act as the guard when the other recharging and repairing. 
Zombie Hunter will release in two versions:
First, amateur level- beginner stage and normal stage
Second, professional level-hard stage and hell stage
The tester will test the hell stage level, the most difficult level in the game. The differences between each level in this game are how the player will be equipped for the first time entering the game.
Hell stage is the most difficult with only equipment given to the player is a titanium blade as a weapon. The rejuvenate pod also more scarce.

Well, that’s all true. But for me is playing the game you like and still get money or get paid for it.

Hua Shu, a university student and game otaku, get invitation to become beta tester for a new game along with 3 his roommates. The new games title is “Zombie Hunter” take setting in after apocalypse world where zombies and mutants roaming all around the world. The tester who manages to survive until the test period ends will get ample bonus and prize.
Wait, doesn’t it sound so normal? Like ordinary game you play?

But not in this story.
Why? What’s the secret? What’s the hint?
Sorry, no spoiler, just read until the end.

Pan Xing and Qi Daiyu stared at each other in silence.
Pan Xing finally turned away.
"I will bring back the South Group."
Qi Daiyu sighed.
He was socially inept, but even he noticed a slight change in Pan Xing's attitude towards himself.
Pan Xing started talking loudly to the group of students, pointing and organising them into groups. Finally, he took about 10 students with him and set off in the direction of the South Building. The rest of them sat meekly in the centre of the field, sneaking glances at Qi Daiyu and whispering to each other.
They were like lost sheep, not knowing what to do without their leaders.
Minutes passed and clouds formed in the sky. About 10 minutes after Pan Xing left, rain started pouring. The crowd of students scattered like flies and gathered in the pavilion, which had a large roof, shielding them from the rain.
Qi Daiyu continued drawing. His pages filled with droplets and the book became soggy. It flopped in his hands and he put down his pencil, unable to draw anymore.
He sighed and stood up.
15 minutes had passed since Pan Xing had left. At this point, he was sure that immeasurable danger lay within the South Building. Whatever was within the building, had managed to keep over 20 ability users, including a Legendary system powerhouse with 4 abilities.
He picked up his sword from beside him and began walking towards the building.
He owed Pan Xing a favour. Afterall, without Pan Xing, he was absolutely unable to prevail against the horde of zombies!
His 195-centimetre frame quickly approached the South Building. He arrived before the door and reached out with a muscled arm, pushing the large door open gently.
He stepped inside.
Once inside, the sound of the thudding rain was blocked by the thick walls and compact doors. It was completely silent.
Qi Daiyu grinned.
He was a horror movie enthusiast.
This was the classic situation for a horror movie! Qi Daiyu had many thoughts about horror movies and the various ideas and plots. One such thought was what if 2 horror movie antagonists collided? What if Jason met Freddy? Oh wait, that already happened…
Nonetheless, Qi Daiyu quickly assumed the character of a horror movie antagonist.
He let his long arms droop and the edge of the sword dragged on the floor. A strange screeching sound was created as Qi Daiyu walked along the corridor. He began whistling the theme tune for a cartoon show from his childhood as he walked.
Qi Daiyu walked slowly, checking every nook and cranny of every room, in every corridor. The screech of his sword and the whistle never stopped.
Despite his efforts, every room was empty.
However, what really gave Qi Daiyu a strange feeling was that not even the bodies and blood remained!
In all the other buildings, blood and gore filled almost every classroom, a scene of human versus zombie. The South Building's rooms were completely clean! Not a speck of blood, bone or even dust was present!
The silent pressure built up on Qi Daiyu's shoulder with every clean room he checked. His whistling was slightly out of tune and his hand trembled ever so slightly.
He suddenly realised that horror movies were a lot scarier once you were within the movie, instead of watching it.
He chuckled at the thought and then continued walking, confidence refilling his body.
In the South Building, were 15 classrooms, 5 on each floor.
The thing that made the South Building different to the other 3, was that, at the top of the South Building, was the School Hall!
It was a huge hall, easily fitting the 500 school members and more.
Qi Daiyu had gone up 3 floors and checked 3 classes on the 3rd floor, and everything was empty.
He was sure that the danger was in the School Hall, and as such, he didn't bother checking the final 2 classrooms, just glancing inside the windows and moving on. He began the journey up the stairs, letting his sword bang loudly on every step.
Qi Daiyu came to a stop outside of the huge door. It was made of wood, intricately carved.
He reached out with his spare arm, then froze.
Faintly, he heard movement just across the door.
He grinned, his mouth stretching wide across his mouth.
He lifted a thick leg and smashed it on the door!
'Boom!'
The door crumpled inwards and exploded across the huge hall.
Qi Daiyu lowered his shoulder and charged into the room, tensing his sword arm, ready to swing.
He then saw the inside of the hall.
His thoughts raced across his mind and his brain through out ideas one after the other.
The hall was filled with at least 50 zombies!
The size of the hall was so big that it housed the zombies comfortably.
Qi Daiyu didn't react that badly at the zombies, having slain them like cattle. However, their actions alarmed him.
They were all crawling on the floor, piling and climbing on top of one another. At the top of the pile, was a huge zombie!
He was at least 2.5 meters tall, with huge limbs and wriggling muscles. Its veins pulsed a effervescent blue and its skin was different to the other zombies, not being rotten and mouldy. Rather, it was quite smooth and clean, yet its red and bloodshot eyes betrayed its zombification.
It sat on top of the pile like a king on a throne.
Qi Daiyu squinted his eyes, seemingly familiar with the huge zombie. A faint familiar feeling arose in his memories and finally, he realised.
The huge zombie was Cheng Meng! Before the Apocalypse, which seemed like an eternity ago now, he spent time together with him on top of the school roof, drawing!
Qi Daiyu sucked his teeth at the radical transformation.
Cheng Meng stood up, on top of his throne of flesh, and gave a bloody smile towards Qi Daiyu.

Qi Daiyu, a normal teenager, spent his time drawing and making music. He was quiet and calm, preferring not to draw attention to himself. However, the Apocalypse dawned upon the world. Zombies ran rampant, devouring humans.
Caught in the tides of chaos, Qi Daiyu has to overcome the dangerous trials and frightening tribulations, with the help of the laggy system.

Feng extended his right hand and opened it.

Rain drops splatter on the palm of his open right hand that is facing the skies. But the raindrop slid off without wetting his palm, as if they were falling on some kind of invisible coating.

"Do you all see it? In front of me is nothing else but armies of undead. All crossing the velvet bridges to come and eat me." Feng said to the live-streams viewers, his voice loud enough to overcome the sound isolation of rain splashing on the ground.

Under the gloomy cloud, Muffin city has lost   its only source of light, the moonlit skies. Due to which the velvet bridges illuminated by blood-red ruby light appeared more mesmerizing them ever.

All of which helped Dracula the video streamer, get a better view of the mesmerizing bridge filled with disgusting and gothic berserk zombies. 

The giant «sky-reaching zombie» was being seen by all viewers.

The waves of thousand of berserk zombie, crawling like zombie and hoping like rabbits with rotten maggot in their head was captured.

Even the trembling of the five bridges due to being overloaded with weight was clearly captured!

Thanks to the great director Dracula, all the viewers got a real feel of the situation. Their heart trembled, some with horror while other with anticipation.

Horror at seeing the disgusting creature and anticipation of how Feng, an unknown powerful human, is gonna deal with them all. 

Feng smirked disdainfully at the Executioner armies made up of zombies and announced to the viewers

"But ladies and gentlemen, there is no need to worry! In this life, these creature won't be able to accomplish the feat of crossing the velvet bridges. And I will personally make sure of it" 

"Ohhh... How is he going do that" Exclaimed old man Feng who have been cursing Old hag Daeyang.

"Damn, old dog, your grandson really like to hype up almost everything." Shouted Old hag daeyang, who excluded all signs of becoming Feng saesang Fan.

All the viewers heard Feng words and excitedly watched the live-streams!

The serious Feng than opened his red lips and commented the name of the Magic he is gonna use to spank the asses of the armies of undead, for his beloved viewers. The superb Cash-cow, gentleman and misses, signoras e signores, money boys & E-girls!

Feng said in his archaic voice

The lake of zombie putrid scented blood swirling around Feng Mei body responded to his words, by surging to a single point!

All the blood wobbled above the palm of Feng extended right hand and initiated crystallizing. 

Amazingly enough, more than two thousand liters of blood managed to compress into a 2 meter pentagram star crystal, a five-pointed star polygon. .

All of it happened in less than 20 seconds.

Feng slung his right hand upwards and the pentagram star shaped crystal shoot up into the skies!

Nathan was sitting on a chair and lit a cigarette.

"Okay, you first," he pointed at Rick.

Rick forced himself to calm down, bracing himself to what was about to come.

"Do you have the System?" Nathan asked.

When the four heard Nathan's question, they were surprised and confused. Doesn't everyone have the System?

The three looked at Rick, wondering what he was going to say.

Rick thought long and hard, wondering if it was a trick question or not.

"Do you have the System or not?" Nathan asked again.

"Yes," Rick finally answered. Whatever comes, he will endure it.

Nathan's face didn't give any emotion at all. The four couldn't tell whether he was satisfied by the answer Rick gave him or not, which led them to worry even more.

"How many stat points do you get each time you level up?" 

This time, the question was pointed at Erica.

Erica flinched. She looked at Nathan and then to her boyfriend, Rick, seeking guidance.

Rick looked back at her and nodded.

When she saw Rick nod, she turned to Nathan and said, "Two points."

"We get 1 free skill point at level one. The next skill point is at level 5. I don't know when the next skill point is because I'm only level 5 but I think it's at level 10," Sarah said.

"Tell me about magic spells and their mana consumption."

"Um...To learn a skill from the System, you need a Skill Book. Take for example my [Fireball] skill. To learn it, it requires 10 intelligence. Currently, my [Fireball]'s skill level is 1, and to upgrade to level 2 requires 2 skills points. Regarding mana consumption, it takes requires 20 mana points to cast a Level 1 [Fireball]." 

"How do you know it takes 20 mana points?" Nathan was confused. How many times has he checked his status chart? Not once did he see any MP. Is it exclusive only to non-Chosen ones? Or perhaps there's a feature on his status chart that he wasn't aware of?

"Mana points only appear when you learn a skill that requires mana."

"How many mana points do you have? How do you recover mana? Is there a mana potion?"

"My intelligence points is 18 so I have 36 mana points. I don't know if there's a mana potion, but to recover mana naturally, it takes 4 minutes to recover 1 mana point."

Hearing the questions of Nathan, the test subjects started to believe that Nathan's questions were no doubt trick questions. So far, they've answered every question truthfully.

What really made them believe to believe so was Nathan's question about mana consumption. They've seen how Nathan could disappear. They refused to believe it's a tech developed by the government or an item loot from the System. To them, it must be a magic skill from the System that requires mana points so he should be well-aware about mana.

But the truth of the matter, they didn't know about the existence of Chosen Ones.

Two hours later.

There were already a number of cigarette butts lying on the floor.

Nathan was observing his test subjects. Until now, they haven't turned into zombies.

'How long does it fucking take for a person to turn into a zombie?!' 

"Hey, does anyone of you know how long it takes to turn into a zombie?" Nathan asked.

Hearing what Nathan said, they started to panic in horror. They've always wondered what Nathan forced them to drink earlier. Now, they realized that Nathan's plan was to turn them into zombies. In their mind, the water was contaminated or something.

The two women broke down in tears and tried to force themselves to vomit. Josh just stared on the cold in horror. Rick was shouting curses.

"You fucking bastard! Fuck your experiment! So you were planning to turn us into zombies all along!"

Nathan got up and started beating the loud one, Rick.

Bam! Bam! Bam!

"Please stop it!" Sarah shouted.

"Baby! Please stop! You're hurting him!" Erica cried out.

Josh just stared in horror and was murmuring to himself like a madman.

Seeing the bloody Rick finally silent and semi-conscious, Nathan then turned to the three and said, "What gave you the idea that I wanted to turn you into a zombie? The experiment we're doing right now isn't related to that."

The three just remained silent.

He approached Erica and held her chin, forcing her to face him.

"Miss, can you please just tell me how long does it take to for someone to turn into a zombie?" Nathan said in a very calm and friendly manner.

"A... About an hour," Erica said.

Nathan stared at Erica's eyes, trying to determine if she was lying or not. 

'Young and beautiful. What a waste,' Nathan thought.

Erica stared at him with pure hatred. If looks could kill, Nathan would've died already.

After reaching to a conclusion that she wasn't lying, he let go of Erica's chin and sat on the chair.

'I need to do more tests just to be 100% sure,' he stroked his goatee.

If he turned into a zombie just because of his desire to take a bath, wouldn't that be a pathetic reason to die?

'But first, I need to find a proper place to keep them.'
