What would happen if you could see yourself after death?

~ St. Mary Hospital, Room 26~

The room was quiet as the morning light would softly turn into a warm amber lighting up the room. LaVonne was finally able to get some rest as she would snore lightly in a wight nothing, space of a dreamless dream. Minutes would tick by as the door would click open again. Footsteps would step closer and closer as LaVonne already has woken up. She is clutching her arm tight as she would remain still not knowing who enters her room. One, two, three four, five. She would note as she listens to the shallow breaths of the unknown person. Heavy and unsteady, the heat from the person was hot, almost as if he or she was overheating. However, she could tell the person's steps were light.
A cool, wet hand would touch her cheek then her forehead. She would sigh and pull her hand back. The room door would close again and look back over to LaVonne." If that what you call a coma, then you should return to your school of acting and tell them that their degree is full of shit." LaVonne Laughed with a small snort and replied," It fooled six nurses, two janitors, and a rat!" A long laugh escape," I don't have rat's in my hospital!" Hermione would retort in disgust. " REALLY!?!? cuz I am looking at a big one right now!" LaVonne would Laugh a bit Lauder as she has gotten up, " you bitch, if I am a rat, I better be the queen." "Ah, yes, your majesty, of course." A little snort would come from both of them as they would shake out a laugh.
" So, how was your first day in faking it?" Hermione would ask as she would let out a small sigh, "Do you mean what you normally do when you had colonel dick in you?" LaVonne would reply ash she tries to hold back more dumb amusement. " Now we talk about this no more low blows, and you know more than anyone that we are no longer together." Waving a finger at LaVonne, "But girl, this was only one day I need to know if you can handle this because he will be back to check." LaVonne would wave her question away. " As I said, I fake anything." Hesitating a bit, she would slowly shift uncomfortably on the bed. Grunting as she would look at her friend. "I don't know how long I can hold it. I don't think I can hold it any longer." with a slight gasp as sweat would beat down her face. " you know you could just pee on yourself. That's what the metal tin under you is for."
" I don't have to pee man!, I feel like I about to have a child, please remind me not to have one no matter how lonely I get." A roar of laughter would escape Hermione as tears would fall from her face. " Just poop in the pan!" She would exclaim, " NO, I will not poop in the pan help me to the bathroom. I AM A LADY, not an animal."  her voice would lower as she realized she had to be quite. " Oh, sweetie, just let it go; you can't move yet, so there no way."
A knock at the door would startle them both as their heads would snap towards the door. LaVonne would hold her tummy as a small tear would fall on her yeas as Hermione would make a jester tell LaVonne to lay down as she would slowly walk to the door she would say " Just let it go, Let it go!" she would then laugh as LaVonne middle fingers would fly in her direction before she would lay down and close her eyes biting her inner lips as she tries to hold it in. The door would have more knock on it, and an unknown voice would call out," Dr. Lee are you in here? I know to talk to you."
Hermione would sigh ash she would open the door. " yes Lilly, Please come in here come in." Lilly hesitated as she looked inside. " um Dr. Lee you think that is a good idea? I mean there is a patient inside what I need to talk to you about is kinda sensitive." With  a sigh she would cut the nurse a side-eye " Lilly She is in a comma that practically dead until woken sweetie, so I doubt that she can repeat anything ya know." Hearing that LaVonne would let out a fart in protest. " Eww did she just do that?" She still alive ya know so that means her body functions still work and some times mother nature has to let things go."
Hermione would laugh as she looks back  to Lily." Now speaks up, or you would have to change her pan" Without a word, she would walk in the room, closing the door behind her as she would shuffle the folders that she was holding. She would slowly speak without looking into Hermione's eyes. " Last night there ways a lot of movement when you were gone. It turns out another person went missing again from the servicers again at this point since so many have gone missing. So there been word down the line saying that security will be increased and Colonel Allen was said to be in charge of it. I don't know if official yet I just wanted you to know since you two use to date."
Bitting down a curse " Of course he would be in charge. that son of a.." Biting her tongue as she would hold in her anger. " Thank you for telling this information but you know I could have gotten this info without you so why did you feel the need to do so?" Crossing over her arms as she tries to compose herself. " Well that's the thing ma'am it was said that this information was not sub-post to hit your desk or your email. He wanted to keep it hush so he could pull one over you when he needs you to remind you of your place...his words really not mines." Lily would gulp as she would look at Hermione. " Um ma'am are you ok?"
Before Hermione could reply, LaVonne would let a huge rip that engulfed the whole room. The sound would slop drip on to and in the pan, the room smelled god awful. The nurse Lily would almost throw up in her mouth. She would as she would look back at Hermione. " Oh my god um....Dr. Lee..I am gonna go have a good day!" With that she would blot out the room as a grunt and sigh of satisfaction would come from LaVonne. " whew! Oh my god.. I am sorry I could not hold it anymore, But man I tried." 

Unable to live the life of a normal child that 
 she had read about in her history books before the monster appeared and broke the world open. Would she and her lover make it through the chaos that unfolds in one piece? Or will she be destroyed by the very thing she was trying to protect?
